I do crazy physical challenges
I Made 100 Left-Handed 3-Point Shots
I am right handed, but I wanted to try to make 100 3 pointers with my left hand. Will I become good at shooting with my left hand? Will I hurt myself in the process? In this video I show my entire journey.
If you want to watch me push myself through extreme challenges, consider subscribing because that is the type of content I will be putting out.

Any warm-up will make you jump higher and be less prone to injury, but I think this warm up specifically does a great job at maximizing your full jumping potential. This is the 5-minute warm-up that I do before every jump session that makes me feel extra bouncy. I encourage you to give this a try and let me know your thoughts! In my opinion, a proper warm-up is the most important thing before a...

How many cm is your wingspan?
When you dunk? 😂
🤨
This has made me want to be able to dunk again... I'm 6 foot and at 14 could dunk... I'm 45 now but have been wanting to try and work up to dunking again.... awesome job keep up the work.
watching someone as your high, my goal was the same at the end of my senior year 09’ I told myself at least to touch the rim. Hope to see another video you have done it.
what resistance were the bands ?
🤡
Yo bro good work you put in off you put in more work you may be in the nba
Haha maybe not quite the NBA but I’ll keep working at it 🦾
Love to see another T1 out there. Keep it up. 👍
Heck yeah bro 🦾🦾
As a T1D this vid has randomly popped on my feed because I’ve been looking at vids to help dunk at 5’7 1/2 this is awesome. Thanks for giving inspiration to those who need man 💪🏽much love on this side earned a new sub
That is so awesome to hear! Lmk how your journey goes bro 🦾🦾
I think you missed the part of telling about experience with this. Do you feel like it made your left hand more precised?. Did you feel more confident with your left hand after all that?
Still learning the whole story telling process. Thanks for the input, yes I feel like I made lots of improvement but I do not think I am anywhere near ambidextrous yet 😂
Bros gonna become the ultimate athlete 🔥

You know it 🦾😂 Thank you bro, I’m gonna be posting much more!
Why, thank you! :)
I'm 6' (not 5'10" or 5'11" like the other 6' guys) and the closest I've ever gotten was tapping the rim. Felt like I achieved something.
Yeah for sure that’s awesome!
@@T1_Strong Wish I had your physique. Was never that jacked. Good vid, man.
Haha thanks bro, at least you don’t have my height!
lots of input on your jumping technique in the comments. I want to help with your painful (sorry) script reading. and that's really the problem-- you're ether actively reading or reciting a few lines you memorized right before speaking them. I work behind the camera and have found I get much better results from people in front of the camera when we use scripts more like guides or prompts. what this looks like in practice: try having a conversation with the filmer. they ask questions that lead you to responses that align with the points you cover in your script. the goal is the only glance at the script to remind yourself of the points to cover, absolutely no reading. there will be an adjustment period where filming will take longer bc you'll need to do multiple takes to get things right. but after awhile you won't need the questions anymore, you'll film talking heads faster than you do now, and your camera presence will be lightyears better. hope you don't take my comment the wrong way. I'm writing from a place of positivity. I think your channel has a lot of potential
Thank you very much, I will definitely work on this!! These are some great tips, feeling more natural on camera is probably the thing I want to work on most!
Inspiring content! I just subscribed to you just now and love your content ❤ hope you post more videos!
Thank you! Going to try to be much more consistent this year!!
You inspire me
That’s awesome to hear!!!
Be careful drinking that much caffeine young buck. Awesome video you are damn close.
I take my sugar with coffee and cream. Does a body good.
The reason most nba players have a lower vertical is cause they're already a foot taller than you on average and there's no need, but otherwise great and inspiring video
You are absolutely right, I just thought it was an interesting fact. Thank you bro!
i would’ve been ok with touching the rim..
Basketball is odd to the Brit’s. Why not just dribble it up yourself and put it in? Or catch her pass with two hands and just put it through the hoop? That’s probably not allowed though is it, seems too easy.
Jumping with a barbell or dumbbells couldn't be good for your spine.
A few suggestions. Since you’re dunking right handed you should’ve been approaching from the right and receiving the lob across your body to increase time to think and control Your run up is very stiff, it seems like you’re more comfortable with volleyball but to get the high jump for basketball you need more fluidity in your upper body and to get a lot deeper of a lunge to launch yourself up when the jump comes. Getting a more vertical jump would massively improve your control and success rate I think. If you’re trying to catch a ball moving left while you’re moving forward or right even is more difficult than catching a ball moving left while you’re in one spot (ignoring the height of the lob which seemed dialed in)
Bro kids are watching and uou hit them with all this good shit then the caffeine to make a heart explode 😢 damn... unsent this to my son right now, Damn it
You raise a good point, and I agree I should probably be more mindful about including disclaimers for younger viewers in the future. That said, I am over 18 and I think it’s ultimately up to parents to educate their kids on things like caffeine, especially since energy drink cans already state they’re not for people under 18. Thank you for the feedback, I will be more careful in the future!
lol he thought he was dunking because he got his fingers over the rim
Im have 6'1 height,and Im don't dunking😅Sorry my English 😢
At some point vertical height cannot be trained anymore. Genetics plays a role
This channel has so much potential! Keep going these videos are so entertaining
Thank you so much bro! Really appreciate it!
Did you grow by jumping?
Sadly no 😂
Forgot to mention this. Dr. Yuri Verkhoshansky, known by many as the modern-day Father of Plyometrics, published his first study in plyometrics in 1964 (known as the Shock Method of training).
I have studied VJ for many years. Some thoughts: 1. You need to be able to squat 1.5 times your body weight before you get the full benefit of plyos. Focus on strength first before you add speed movements. I saw you doing dead lifts. Incorporate leg presses where you can focus on just quad and ham strength without the variance in balance. 2. After you have built your strength base, move to a power/speed phase. You need to limit your time under tention (tut) to a maximum of 10 seconds. So the clock starts ticking as soon as you take the bar off the rack. Do as many good reps as you can in 10 seconds and stop. They must be very quick and explosive. Get a spotter to help you through some heavy forced reps in 10 second max intervals. 3. Incorporate sprints into your routine. All things being equal, the faster you can run, the higher you will jump. Sprint from free throw line, 3 point line and half court. 4. Jump form must really be refined. You need to coordinate and gather your body grom first step sprint to take off. When you allow your body to get too far ahead of your feet, you lose power. You must transfer the horizontal speed into vertical speed. Run at a brick wall carefully and practice keeping all your momentum under you with no or mininimal horizontal leakage. 5. You need to learn to jump off 1 foot. Your running vertical off of 1 foot will add 3 to 5 inches to your VJ after you get the form down. 6. Read some track and field periodicals on the proper form and technique. 7. Read "The Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research." (jscr) - an incredible library of research accumulated over 50 years. Search the jscr under vertical jump, speed, and related. Also all kinds of info on line.
Thank you for all of the info bro 🦾
You are great 👍
I tried to dunk for years and then suddenly could do it just before I turned 19. No special training was required.
Let's gooo u can do it bruhh
Thank you!!!
Talk to Woody Harrelson and Wesley Snipes 😂
Is Megan single cus she’s a keeper 🙌🏼🫶🏼
Bro it is more than 28 inches.
I sincerely respect your effort!!! However, for dunking, you have to make sure you have a big hand otherwise you cannot grasp the ball by one hand.
Thanks bro!
There was a UA-camr I watched growing up called Steven Celi who was like a 5’9” dunker who documented his whole journey and gave great tips which is how I got my first dunk
bro whats ur standing reach
I started dunking in 8th grade
