Good job man, any advice for someone who wants to get into runs more often but often lacks confidence to actually start them and be consistent with it? Thanks bro keep it up
@@brock1793 I would say we lack confidence in things because we simply have not done it yet! You won’t feel confident as a runner until you’ve been running. Also don’t compare yourself to people who have been running for 10+ years, your time will come. I would start small with weekly incremental goals of miles per week and sign up for a race even if you don’t feel ready for it now. It becomes real and then you force yourself to actually train for it since you’re signed up

Yo im curious what are your race times?
100 miles - 26 hours, 50 miles - 10hrs 42 min, 100k in winter - 15 hours 45 min, I think my best half is a 1:26 and best full marathon is like a 3:48. I do ultras so road running don’t have results for you.
@JakeRastas Goddam, those times are crazy. How do you even stay focused on something like a 100-mile race?
@@ColdSalt99 I have the documentary of it on my UA-cam page! Check it out. You really have to manage your mind and be able to think in short distances. When you have 50miles left and your body is destroyed you have to think In smaller increments. Head down and just keep moving
