War with Russia. Lisbon Treaty Article 42 commits member states to the military defence of a member state under attack. And the EU wants Ukraine in. 4. The Islamification of Europe, orchestrated by the European Union (per the Euro-Mediterranean Project, in effect since 2010). These are all coming straight down the track. The vote you are referring to was a UK wide vote, in which of course, two UK nations voted one way, and other two voted another way. Worth remembering that a higher proportion of Scots voted remain than English voted Leave. And worth remembering that votes and deliberations on Brexit of the devolved assemblies of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland were consistently ignored by the UK government. Brexit, and the way it was managed over the years, fundamentally amounts to constitutional rape making more than legitimate all requests to reconsider the status of Scotland within the UK.

@europeforscotland Scotland had the chance of independence and they voted against and to stay in the union. Thus it doesn't matter who or where a national referendum vote is taken. Its a great Britain decision. So it's irrelevant if more Scots voted to stay in the eu the whole union voted out. We are all one I'm afraid to tell you. And whilst you may pretend that is a "great britain decision" it's worth reminding you not just that Great Britain is an island, not a country but also that if this is the Great British approach to pretend there are no nations within it, well then its chances to survive in the long term as a democracy are negligible.

We will do what we can to make sure the EU helps Scotland should it become independent but in comparative terms with other European countries we don't see its economic and social situation as very precarious. In fact it is a relatively rich and stable country, economically and politically.
