Eliminating uncorrected poor vision
around the world

Good vision is a basic human right. Seeing well improves everything in life.
Yet uncorrected poor vision affects 1 in 3 people around the world.
That’s 2.7 billion people, 90% of which live in developing countries or at the base of
the pyramid (BoP) where they have limited access to and awareness of vision care.
But it doesn’t have to be this way because uncorrected poor vision can easily
be addressed with a pair of glasses. Together we can eliminate
uncorrected poor vision in a
generation, and help everyone,
everywhere see more and
be more.
Through the OneSight

we are:

We hope that all 200 Eyemitra from Odisha will have future opportunities to work on projects like this. I really appreciate the U.S being protrayed realistically. While people know about poor families, they don't always understand that entire towns can be as poor as many areas outside of the U.S. I'm glad that you gave glasses to these poor, American children and adults!

In the small Peru town that they live, it can take 2 years to get a pair of glasses - that is if you're one of the lucky ones that is given the opportunity.
I too was a fresh air fund kid and I have several great summers.
