Explore the trials and tribulations of attempting to create a Japanese style inspired garden outside of Japan. Over the last six years we have tried to design a Japanese themed garden here in Austria. Follow us as we look at the pros and cons of such an undertaking and the difficulties involved with creating a Japanese garden. We look at factors affecting what we can and can’t create and importantly how we maintain and keep our garden on a daily and seasonal basis. Our videos are full of useful information and show how we create a Japanese theme, what plants we use, how we planned the design and layout of the garden, pruning and cutting, materials used and how to upkeep it.
