Beautiful video as always. Thank you. White planting is so serene in this area and a lovely contrast to the vibrant colours of the rest of you garden. 👏x

Absolutely beautiful! It's so astonishing to see how the new plants - although they seemed to be such a lot at the beginning - just blend in and in the end look like they have always been there and belong to this space. :-)

I am always blown away by the bird calls in the background. Do you consider attracting birds when you plan your garden?

Thank you! No, we have never considered birds in our garden design. I guess one reason for the birds is that there are forests and fields around us and also we have a lot of old and tall trees in our garden. We feed the birds during the winter months with sunflower seeds. In summer they find enough food like for example the fruit of our juneberry ;) Also, I do not prune any bushes or shrubs in springtime where I think there may be a bird nest inside. We sometimes find bird nests even in the bamboo.
There have always been many birds in the garden, but this year it seems to be so much more than in previous years. The birds start singing around 5 am and do not stop until night fall and it is wonderful :)
