Thanks for the video about this raised bed. What are you going to fill it up with? Will you use logs or old wood in the bottom so you don't need so much soil?

    • @Wreck-itRick

These are only 12" deep. So, I won't be using wood. I have some native soil that I'll mix with compost and nutrients to fill mine. Thanks for watching!

The reason the side walls sag outward is due to no end wall that would hold them vertically true. Run a clamp across the end, pull the side walls inward until tru vertical then attach the end wall. Cut a door out after the endwall is full framed and attached to the roof.

Dont modify it, just sell it and get what you want. Too many of these are getting cut up to fit trucks they were designed for or modified for some other use. If you do make it a wedge, completely remove the tent and sell it or store it, don't cut it up.

My first dragonfruit was in a pot with a tomato cage like support. Worked well, but now after three years the plant has outgrown and outweighed the cage. My fault. Too many stalks in the base. I’ll have to dismantle it and replant with something more substantial like your cattle panel. Thanks!

The trellis worked great. We recently relocated from California, so we couldn't take the dragon fruit with us. The dragon fruit doubled in size since the video was made. Ultimately you could have 4 dragon fruits in this trellis and it would work perfectly.

What is the saddest thing here? Getting a spot for the Death Ride is a real bitch. Sign up dates are tough to catch, as it's a race to get your entry. Thus is the actual racing part of the event. Waiting lists. Cycling 22000km per year a while back, I tried for a spot three times. No joy. It would have been fun. So, with this in mind...i understand the tragedy of having to close the event. By the way, that parking lot was not a good "defensible space". Former brush monkey here, helitack. Sorry to hear of another cancellation, man. My heart goes out to you, and best wishes for my brothers on the fireline. I'm also a cyclist, a randonneur. Consolation prize, unload the bike today and get some! You can guess what's a favorite training pastime for brush monkeys. Yes. Your knees take a real beating playing billygoat. Cycling is the best therapy. Subscribed too. 🚲
