I broke most of the locking tabs on the grill cover and it appears Ford does not sell the cover. Does anyone know how to get one or is there a replacement cover that will replace the stock one?

I’m a mobile guy I just got a shop this month. Now I’m in the process of fixing it up and realized that I need to make some money now lol.

All great talking points. That's why I'm in the process of building a bigger van and adding more mobile services. With the rates for shops today, you've got to get into film to justify that kind of overhead imo.

I have been detailing friends and other cars for over 15 years now and last year I started a legit mobile detailing business. I am in Pa and this winter has had it’s days of being able to detail outside but mostly it has been to cold too. I keep thinking that if I had a shop it would be way easier to detail inside. But like you said, having so much more overhead would cut into the bottom line. I have thought about trying to get just a one bay shop to rent and do a hybrid where 3 days a week I am out doing mobile detailing and 2 days in the shop. So many things to consider no matter what way you do it.

really glad i stayed mobile shop would be a 2nd mortgage over 3000$ usd for a tiny one bay 1500 sq foot shop. your shop is absolutely massive, stayed mobile stacked up and moved into my own 3/3 with large driveway and big home garage i do coatings out of and stay mobile with my van stacking up hella bread and keeping expenses low…

Good advice. I did it backwards. I started with a shop in 2001, added a mobile service in 2007. Shut the shop down in 2009 because all my customers got spoiled with us coming to them. Still doing well without a shop in 2025 but now that I'm getting older I may go back to a shop as well as offering mobile.

The M3 looks miles better imo. I have a pretty modified 230i M-sport xDrive and am going to buy a weekend car soon. I keep on trying to convince myself to get an M2 but I can't. I think my 230 looks so much better, just at a looks wise standpoint.

Love the comparison. I am going to be trading in my F13 M6 for either a G87 M2 or a G80 M3 both of which I will be driving back to back this weekend. The M2 or M3 will not be a daily drive so your thoughts were very much appreciated on that score. Also interested to find out how you unlocked the ECU and what mods you did you up the power on the M2?

If you zoom in on the video it looks like it’s a 12.50 wide tire and as for that model and diameter of method wheels for ram it should be a +25 offset, you’re welcome for the research lmao

FYI on the G87 LCI it is no longer possible to code the iDrive through Bimmercode, it is completely locked out to 3rd party devs.

If you are going to do this replacement I advise being careful about the sub you order. I ordered a rockford fosgate thinking it would be better than the pioneer. I'm sure it is, but like the kicker, it doesn't fit the enclosure. The pioneer and DD Redline are the only ones I know will fit. I'm gonna go print a return label. 😞

What exactly did you gain by turning on the wilkin sound thingy? Is there an extra stop to get better sound ?

The stock B&O amp dosen't have enough wattage to properly power that speaker.

Is the link for the connectors still correct? Currently it takes you to a rear speaker harness for older jeeps

Did you have any issues with having wheel weights applied to ceramic-coated wheels when balancing the tires? I would imagine they wouldn’t stick as well. I have wheels and tires coming and plan on ceramic coating after mounting/balancing tires.

How did you get the track pack front lip? With the non track pack spoiler? My DH premium is being shipped to me now.. grabber blue, no track pack but i want the track pack spoiler and front lip. Didn't need the massive tires or the rest of it.
