Okay I love this conceptually and I think you guys are on point (most of all Deathstroke, he's exactly that kind of monster) and will add my two cents for some that I disagree as a crazy person that has read every post-crisis batfamily comic including teen titans and shit: - Riddler is probably more puzzled by the concept of gender since if you're technical enough about it it's completely a social construct that is entirely based on culture and time and barely related to actual chromosomal patterns. I think Riddler understand that binarity is artificial and it's easier for him to understand that gender is performance and therefore anyone can be anything than to understand why people would be so caught up with what genital you have when that says very little about your complete biology. I think Riddler is so alienated from societal norms overall and so smart that any kind of dumb bigotry is pointless to him. Also do read Gotham City Sirens by Paul Dini! He is friends with Harley and Ivy and Selina. I like him on that version. - Talia Al-Ghul similarly is so bored by gender norms and constantly tries to overcome the traditional views of her father that I also don't think she'd be a transphobe. Like Riddler I find her to be TOO smart to be a bigot. I actually think it's weird Ra's has any sense of traditionalism at this point in his life when he has seen empires rise and fall and social norms change all the time, idk. -Red Hood: if you read original Jason Todd stories and the build up to his death, the thing that made people say he was "too angry" or "too violent" was potentially killing a rapist (not confirmed but he says he SHOULD have done it) and beating up a pimp who was forcing a sex worker to work when she was sick. Also he does not die from the crowbar, he was betrayed by his mother, beaten and then left to die in an explosion, but here's the thing: even after his mother betrayal, he tried his best to save her and he died to protect her. If he was a little bit more self centered he would have lived and let her to die but he did not. Jason Todd also grew up on the streets and is a very conscious guy. He is in the killing transphobes category for sure. Batman addendum: he is 100% a bissexual slut. He CANNOT control himself near a lady. Also he is besties with sex workers in like a first name basis. i would argue that as a plastic surgeon Thomas Elliot/Hush probably accepts trans people just due to the fact that they give him business for things like facial feminization surgery and other gender affirming care

I think Joker depends on depiction. Taking live action 21st century ones: Heath Ledger kills transphobes, Jared Leto does not accept (too much of an edgelord), Phoenix accepts (in kind of indifferent way - he cares more about his own oppression than 'politics' but also is not a bigot).

I feel like R'as would accept trans people because he's old enough to have met people who were clearly trans over hundreds of years but weren't able to express that (or, depending on culture, he was actually able to), and so would just know it's silly not to. He'd probably pass that wisdom on to Talia. I haven't gotten to the R'as part, just the Talia part, so we'll see.

13:14 one of the reasons i don’t read comics is because of this absurd variety of writers and their individual interpretations of the characters and what they do with them. in one of them, they mutually consent and conceive damian. but pretty sure batman talks about remembering being drugged and refusing to cooperate, and talia responding with “we chose you, the perfect man, to breed the perfect heir”, in Batman #656. I also vaguely remember one of the animated movies (“Son of Batman”?), in which talia introduces damian to bruce for the first time, and explains to bruce how damian was conceived. Talia: “Meet Damian, your son and heir.” Bruce: “What are you talking about? How is that possible?” Talia: “You and I shared a moment. You may not remember, but I do”. which imo suggests bruce wasn’t fully conscious if he can’t recall?

Given Hush's predeliction for extreme surgical procedures, I feel like he'd fall into the category where he would exclusively view his own transition as valid and disregard others like Blaire White or Caitlyn Jenner. Alternatively he might also fall into the belief that a transition is only valid if the person undergoes extensive gender affirming care to present as the opposite side of the gender binary with little regard for the nuance of non-binary people.
