i know this is good content but i hit "don't recommend this channel" whenever i see these "i just ran a huge distance with no preparation" clickbait. because that's a daft way to run. good luck though
Thats really sad to hear. The title is simply describing the content of the video. I've had my channel for 3 years and I started it because I've always been doing these things as they make me happy. It's a video of one of the greatest achievements for me and the fact that I have got my fitness over the years to a standard where I can just run an ultra marathon distance on a whim without training for one and feel fine is something I’m really proud of myself for. It's not daft if one knows they can do it. I actually say in my video before: I don't recommend an untrained/unfit individual randomly run a long distance with no preparation. You deliberately going out your way to hit "don't recommend this channel" insinuates that you don’t feel youtube viewers are intelligent enough to watch a video like this and enjoy it for what it is. As if it’s somehow dangerous because they may do it too. I love watching 10000 calories challenge videos but i wouldn’t go and do it because I know I would personally not enjoy that and it would make me feel sick. Most people don't watch David Goggins videos where he's literally running so long he's bleeding out from his kidneys, and think its healthy etc. At no point did I recommend anyone do what I did in the video, it was just an unplanned unexpected great achievement for me I wanted to share. We are all different. Live and let live 🙏

@@SuperGunnerss yeh that would be a great idea! Dark chocolate has a far more intense flavour so you may eat less than the candy chocolate bars
I like your approach. I believe it's important to keep in touch with our central nervous system, muscles, tendons and joints. Very wise approach 🙏♥️💪

@@coleheketoa thank you! So it’s better but I still can’t do negative weighted muscle ups. I’ll release a muscle up 3 month progress video where I talk about it mid Feb. But yeh, glad I can almost do everything and have my strength but definitely not healed completely id say 🙏
Great exercise. The rings are so adaptable. You can use them for shoulders too from that same position. I'll be trying that movement now thanks 🙏💪💪💪

@@DustyJones45 hey ah thanks so much! It’s just for me personally on this particular run. Usually I would eat and drink some energy drink but I’d really really carb loaded before. And yeh good luck on your longer run! You got this!

Be careful and don't neglect recovery. Running half-maraphon + 2 full marathons in 2 weeks can be excessive.
@@сырпошехонский hey of course not. I know how I can push myself and in general and no one knows our bodies better than ourselves. This was done months ago, and I was fine the next day and after that :)

@ a beach ball and then at the gym an 8kg medicine ball. A yoga ball is a little bit heavier than a beach ball of air but def not 8kg :)

@@JadesFitnessBucketList There are marathons in KL and in nearby Putrajaya and Cyberjaya. The latter are night marathons (due to the strength of the Malaysian sun) if you fancy a change from the usual runs.
Hello!! popping a comment on here to say my new PR is 15 pull-ups in a row (in the video i mention less as at the time of filming it was less!) Hope you enjoy the video! ive already completed the Marathon (and a second!), so its strange watching the video back now in hindsight for me, but i hope you find it interesting nonetheless and you can see how both Marathons went in the upcoming videos. Im interested to know have any of you ran one, and if so how did you find it?
@JadesFitnessBucketList the Marathon is a beast I never tackled. I ran a few half marathons back in college. My PR was 1 hour 24 minutes. I enjoy watching your channel and many, many others that talk about training for 5ks to marathons to 100 mile races
