I think I may finally buy the Cutter and finally experience first hand what Ive been seeing all these years. I wanna be a space trucker too ;-) Please! Keep em coming!

Do you have to do the save stanton missions in order or can you pick them up as they are offered? I should start them this weekend and complete them soon.

Man this phase 4 has been awful for me with the crashes, 30ks, and bugs with hangers. I have not been able to complete these bad boys

My daily at the moment is the Starlancer but with 4.0 I will be visiting Pyro and I have not found it as useful there. The reason is that many of the settlements are very big, the pads are often blocked and there is little room to fit a Starlancer anywhere inside so I keep having to land outside and walk a long way. Also, there are many commodities that give a high profit per scu but are only available in quantities of 10-30 scu. For these reasons, I think I will be using a C1 in Pyro. Back in Stanton i will probably use my Vulture or Prospector to build up enough money to fill my C1 then my Starlancer and start trading properly.

I really enjoyed the Save Stanton missions. I'm interested to see how whichever faction was backed the most during phase 4 affects the story in chapter two. Good stuff. You'll have that Scorpius in no time.

It sucks that your game bugged at the start. As far as daily driver goes, I don't own Star Citizen but have played during a few free flights and found the Avenger Titan to be pretty good.

I have put nearly $7k into this game I was told who cares about the 890 Jump Twitch yesterday. I don't have a game after 12 years and people made the choice to ghost me? There are fraud laws. Nice job! I haven’t done any of the Save Stanton yet, probably gonna miss out, especially since I suck at dogfighting. I just got myself a Starlancer today with the final CCUs from IAE. I think I might start 4.0 with my C1 for some smaller deliveries and hauling, then move up to the Starlancer.

So a Drake Corsair can have many guns and be called an exploration, but the 890 Jump, which costs nearly as much as Polaris and is listed as exploration, can't be well-armed? Streamers and the Drake community have major double standards. There is a thread not made by me called " 890 Solo?" by backer Jengo go read what they have to say about the 890 jump being solo.

I think a lot of noise from the rage farmers comes from the mistaken idea this is a complete game. I want to believe in CIG’s vision, but it’s hard with tainted cynicism from past experience. CIG has a tradition of bad communication, but they do communicate, and often for the betterment of the game. I suspect 4.0 will break once live, but it has to have a full load of players to really test it. For now I have a couple,e other games to play and hope for the best!

good video. subbed. i think the pds is great. capital ships should be dangerous. i wish they worked more often, so that needs fixed. whenever im gunning in my buddies we both have to get off the turret and pilot seat for the pds to start working, and theyll stop firing after a few minutes. its really nice having pds because we like to bring my vulture in the hangar bay and we dont always have enough friends to cover us, but the pds covers us.

I agree with you. It is a capital ship and as such should have it's own defenses since the pilot only has missiles to work with and there will not always be a crew available in an emergency. Is it OP? Not at all as you still need a crew for large and XL ships. Going against a swarm of mid-sized ships is time-consuming for a solo Polaris pilot and makes more sense with at least 1-2 other crew on board. Using it for small ships is overkill, but if you're solo the PDS helps to take out the trash.

2013 backer here. Last I heard from CIG was that they were going to slow down to quarterly updates from I don't know how many years ago. Checking out the PU since September though with the frequent updates gives the impression that they are actually progressing, especially with the Idris out.

You know Q4 lasts until February of the next year, right? So saying they have less than a month is incorrect.

It looks great and i will upgrade my aegis vanguard warden to anvil paladin because warden was inefficient during some overdrive and xenothreat missions in terms of firepower and durability.

I really hope when 4.0 comes out, we will see developement on the game ramp up as server meshing seems to be the bottle neck at the moment, i must add though, the jump points are amazing to go through its so immersive and the music and sound really make it all feel real... its very impressive to say the least.
