I had the same issue with the chain tensioners I just used a shit ton of locktight and got them suckers tight

I have 2003 Yamaha warrior 350 put the timing on the T and the timing sprocket on the marks try to start and put starting fluid and it just pop but won’t start I did new top end and new valves they are adjusted don’t no what’s going on

Fucking nice pro circuit have same exhaust setup on my warrior I have hole shots in the front mud sharks on rear cause where and how I ride but street dirt mud woods all terrain my warrior kills it. Bored 30 over better cams new exhaust and a chip mikuni carbs built and jetted to perfection next os new plastics need bars grips bars and will be posted soon

How do you take off the cam gear I have it tdc but it wont come off not even with pliers I put the cam screw back on a few threads and am trying to wiggle it off. I cant find a video for that.
