My 1st (and maybe last) Reaction - "2 Girls 1 Cup"
Hi all. Apologies for the quality but this was pretty spontaneous and my best option was my webcam.
I love reaction videos and been wondering how I actually react myself for a while, and when I learned that the format really started to take off when people were filmed reacting to "2 Girls 1 Cup", as I'd never seen it before, and had no idea what it even was, I figured it'd be a fitting place to start.
Wow. "Baptism by fire" doesn't quite cover it...
Anyway! I haven't decided if I'll do this again or not, but if you enjoyed watching me squirm and you'd like me to react to something else (preferably a lot more mainstream!) feel free to get in touch. I'm @Sennin83 on Twitter.

My 5th game as Deathstroke and my highest score with him so far. Haven't quite got the tempo of his counters down yet so my own rhythm suffers every now and then, but I'm pretty pleased with the result.

My last vid took take after take to get. This is a one take deal. Keep your eyes peeled as towards the end I pulled a move I didn't even know existed! Lost the combo a few times but took no hits.

One looooong fluid combo, no hits taken. I won't lie it took alotta takes to get this. Was seriously tired when I finally got it down so I was evading more than I normally do. Not a perfect run but I had fun doing it. Enjoy!

Never made a vid like this before! One of the simplest songs to play along with, but also one of the most rewarding. I'm no Nick McCabe, but I've taken bits from the Urban Hymns recording, the live version from Haigh Hall, and I've added a few licks of my own.

Sorry mate got nothing like that. When I first uploaded this I used the annotation system that was in place at the time to explain what I was doing, but they don't exist anymore I'm afraid.
You’re the only person i know who has attempted the solo as part of the cover. Great job.

I'm sorry mate but I don't. Pretty sure you can buy an official tab book though. I learned to play guitar through tab books to Radiohead's first three albums 👍

Hi mate. Thank you for your kind words. I've no idea where the annotations aren't working tbh, but I'm experiencing the same thing. I can only assume UA-cam changed something that got rid of them. I'll look into re-adding them ASAP, but I can't say when I'll have the spare time I'm afraid. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a comment :)

I've got just such a video up now m8. Not as good with Deathstroke I'm afraid, but he is a lot of fun :)
Evade should be used as a way to get out of tight situations, watching someone using it constantly really just makes me crazy....even with counter icons, you should be fine without constant use of a get out of jail button.
I agree m8. Normally I don't use it so much but it was 3am when I recorded this and I just wanted to get it done! Also a lot of people don't realise evade should be used to keep a nice rhythm going and to keep enemies close enough to guarantee you can keep the combo alive. I see people just leaping to attack enemies on different sides of the map and sooner or later the combo fails because you're too far away to target anyone automatically.
Most of the time I use it to put myself where I need to be for the next stage of the combo. I see the armoured guy coming at 0:43, so I use evade to have a clear line of sight to him. At 1:04 I use it to evade a slashing animation that has already started and so can't always be countered but can sometime still hit. At 1:53 I use it to ensure the shield guy is the target of disarm and destroy. At 2:17 I evade so I have an unobstructed line to the Ninja so I can take her down straight away. At 5:28 I see the guy with the chair, evade to my left so I'm too far for him to throw it and so I'm facing him for a quickfire multi batarang. I use the takedown animation at 4:10 as a window to activate my shock gloves. I use the double counter animation at 0:11 to guarantee I have to two targets for explosive gel. Very little of what I do is random. I admit hands down that at 06:30 when I see the Martial Artist coming I do use the "get out of jail technique" as you say, but the panicky uses of evade are far outweighed by the tactical ones. All the same, I do appreciate the feedback. Lemme know if you put any Arkham videos up :)

@MISSYOUMOSSIE yeah I know as much now. I'd only been playing AA for 3-4 days when I did this and I admit the upload was a little hasty!

I've added annotations. If the tab at the end is out of allignment, just change the viewing window to the smaller size and that should sort it.

Just figured it out. I kept trying to find tabs online but had no luck. Most people didn't have the basic chord sequence right, so I decided to put it up here in the hope that other guitarists could figure out what I'm doing and do the rest themslves. It's not exactly what McCabe plays on the album, but he never plays the same thing twice anyway!

Your ability to pick and choose which riffs you want to play (from the recorded or live versions) is really the essence of what makes the Verve and NickMcCabe so special. Out with the cookie-cutter guitar; In with drizzled riffs... It's more about how you feel...
