take it from me... emulating motion controls and having to deal with ANYTHING regarding the touch screen is super annoying on pc. I have tried, and while the touch screen parts are manageable on some games, the motion controls will be the absolute death of me. (i'm looking at you kirby triple deluxe... best 3ds kirby game my ass... maybe on og hardware, but not on pc...)

If you could grab one for the right price then it is deff worth it. Especially if you’re mainly interested in emulating DS, 3ds as this system was literally designed for it. If your interested in all the other systems then I guess the price of what 3ds sell for now days basically means you go grab a retroid pocket 4. Idk 🤷‍♂️ I’d love to own a 3ds

XX just refers to the h700 chipset. The numbers describe the screen. I for one am all for it. Makes cfw development easier and hardware replacement equally simple to do.

I’m excited about all of these items. I am a fan of most of Miyoo’s work and would prefer their flip to anbernics at this point. The indigo anbernic might push me to reconsider buying a device from them. The evo is going to be really good. That screen is going to be unreal. Like the micro for a high quality GBA. Dmg is a big question mark….

There are so many other handhelds with more juice that its not worth it IMO. I still love mine for its native library and ability to play older systems, but that's because I already have one.

I wouldn't say the emulators are badly optimized, that's kinda rude to the devs actually. It's just that PS2 and Switch aren't easy systems to emulate, the first one for complexity and the second one for still being pretty modern. Luckily the Switch emulators can utilize the backwards comp of ARM these days, which makes them run even better. I wonder when we'll be able to play Switch at 2x res on the Odin 2.

Really tempted to get the Evo base model primerly because of the 7” screen was considering the Odin 2 but I’m just afraid that the screen will be a little to small for my liking.

The one thing ayaneo has over all the other handhelds is hardware design. Their devices are gorgeous and so premium looking. It’s too bad they’re so overpriced and lacking reliable support. Man I wish something from asus or valve looked nearly that good. Asus always has that gaudy gamer look, and valve just has such barebones design

Handheld WARS I believe every manufacturer should have a 80 watt battery at bare minimum and use oled panel for those that coming to the party late and the most important thing is performance and price there’s still a room in this market but manufacturers must make it so compelling and affordable if not they will fail just like the MSI claw has

Hello, I recently ordered a Steamdeck after I heard that all Windows drivers are now available. I need this because, among other things, I also want to use Geforce Now on a TV using a dock in 4K 120 Hz. Can you confirm that this works? Otherwise I would cancel the purchase. Based purely on the technical data of the deck, it should work. But under STeam OS it only works at 1080p, that's why I'm asking.Can you proof that Geforce Now runs well under Win on Steam Deck ?

Me personally I have the Lenovo Legion go and I love that device especially after I swapped out the SSD and install Bazzite OS in it but from this list the one that has me really interested is the orange Pi Neo just because it's the only other device that will come out of the box pre-installed with Linux instead of Windows 11; Manjaro Linux gaming edition to be precise.

I initially pre-ordered the Asus Ally X but subsequently decided to cancel it. At the moment, I'm looking forward to the release of either the Legion Go 2 or the Asus Ally 2 next year. In the meantime, I’m using my PC and Asus Zenbook S16 to enjoy casual games.
