Everything works, but I cannot generate the png files. I have to copy them to another machine with a raspberry pi to generate the images. Something wrong with the installation files or version of python? Reports everything is installed correctly. Searched the web but cannot resolve this. No biggie, but just a pain.

trying this in october 2024 and having trouble with it. Anyone knows of an updated guide?

Weird. The Z offset procedure is the same on my Klipperized SR, and it saves the Z offset as it should, but when starting a print it does not use it, it prints in the air. Also using the command to save Z offset to Endstops tells me the Z offset is 0. Do you have an idea ? Thanks a lot.

Nice video. Thanks to share your experience with us. Now my printer is tottaly upgraded. I am having a new problem that not was happening with stock firmware: Always after boot, my printer is connected on my network, I can access normally via SSH, but I can't send files or access via browser in any device in my network I can ping the printer, but something is like blocking me. In screenpad, I go in network settings, click in the arrow on the network (that is already connected) I receive the notification "Unexpected error: Scanning not allowed immediately following previous scan", but even with error, the connectivity problem is solved, but is annoying to do it after all boot. How can I solve it?

Please don't show cutting all 3 Li-on battery wires at once with a metalic cutter like you did here, even with a really dead battery: this is an hazardous practice and some people might get hurt/set their house on fire by following your example with a partially charged battery. Would you agree to had a warning note in your video (via youtube studio) about this? Thanks and good video otherwise.

Very interesting video. I could imagine the remaining print issues to be from not perfectly horizontal moving effector plate, caused e.g. by slightly variying arm length. When the effector plate tilts a bit while traveling, the nozzle will to, causing print issues. Its pretty common for delta printers and therefore good resources to check it can be found easily. BR

It's the same problem that I (and others) had with the Rostock V2. The Rostock was fair at making doo-dads, not good at all in making compliant parts. And just out of curiosity, has FLSun been of any use at all? They were completely useless as they couldn't even be bothered to replace the bad SD card that they included with the printer.

I will be upgrading mine because of your video. I can't wait to get rid of the FLSUN klipper. Thanks you for this video.

I followed your directions with great success. I'm only having one issue. I installed Crowsnest and now I only get 1fps out of my camera no matter what I do. On the original 1.41 V400 Flsun install the camera worked great. I'm at a loss. It's a Logtech C920.

You saved me from insanity. I could not figure out why it couldn't mount the ADXL. After you showed me to just hook it up to my Windows laptop...WOW! that was it! It popped right up and the file was in the out folder. Fortunately, I didn't have the same issue you did where it wouldn't output the string. All I did was shut everything down, plug in the USB cable w/adxl attached, started it back up, and it spit it out. The next thing I have to figure out is why the camera with crowsnest only gets 1 or 2 fps and you have to restart it again if you reboot the system. By the way...what's the automatic input shaper button for? I

Oh wow... and here I wanted to upgrade to the V400 becasue I cannot figure out why my Super racer is doing this.... I do not have the Data logged as you do, but I clearly noticed that prints always have an "Open" side. I moved away from Cura as Prusa slicer set to 40% overlap sort of fixes the problem for me. but I think i loose quality becasue of this. also printing PETG slower than an Ender3, not cool. I do hope there is some sort of answer here... for now then I will only upgrade the SR with the V400 Effector and wait for this problem to be settled.

Hello Matt. Perfect this video. I only had issues when executing the actual input shaping on the Y-axe. The processor overloaded and the procedure ended in an error. In the Gilouz instruction on Github I read the solution: Change the microsteps value in the printer.cfg file from 64 to 16 The first time I did that, I only changed the first occurence of this value. Not smart since this value is set for each axe seperately. :(. So the error occurred again. The second time I changed all of the microstep setting is the printer.cfg and the procedure ended flawless :). When changing the setting back to 64 , I also accidentily changed the microstep setting for the extruder to 64. I realised in time that I my edit command chaning all microsterp settings from 16 to 64 could cause some hypercorrection and after checking the printer.cfg backupfiles I concluded that the extruder microstep setting has to be 16 and not 64. So I changed it back to 16 before I started printing ! Don't know what the effect would have been, but I am not going to test the effect. Thanks for the video. Been a great help. brdi

Again a great video from Mat3D (working late). Allthough time has passed the video is still very instructive. Small changes one should be aware of: The PID BED macro and the PID HOTEND do not execute an automatic SAVE anymore. In stead, the user is instructed to run the save macro.

so, if i understand correctly, this isnt the flsun firmware, but a flashed original Klipper? then does the auto-leveling equiptment also work on this firmware? i got a new v400 and still thinking if i should flash it

what about the v400's original printer.cfg file?

Great footage. Worked as a charm. I had no problems with the 32Gb SSD for flashing the Mothrerboard. However, my Speeder Pad will not finish the boot procedure. Don't know why.... I am able to print from MainSail.

@craftingmat5425 can you do a video on enhanced delta calibration please that would be very beneficial to community i am willing to donate a 100 dollars for that video.

I have followed your video carefully and have been able to install all the steps, but when I now turn on the printer the screen remains on booting system. I can manage the printer through the internet IP address but the screen is frozen with the flsun logo and booting system. Could you tell me why this happened to me, thank you very much for the effort recording the video.

Ich würde auch gerne auf mein v400 ein richtiges klipper machen, aber wenn ich das so sehe und bis jetzt gelesen habe, verstehe ich nur Bahnhof und bekomme schlechte Laune, so das ich erst gar kein bock mehr habe anzufangen. Giebt es eine Möglichkeit oder Anleitungen die verstendlicher und auf deutsch ist ganz easy Schritt für Schritt, habe keine lust anzufangen und am Ende geht nix mehr 😢 brauche dringend deine hilfe 😩🙏

Not sure why but it does the x axis fine but has an issue on the Y axis at 80 hz and shuts down with an Internal error on command:'ADXL_AXE_Y' any idea what that could be ?

I'm loving your videos. Technical and thorough. Any lucky making progress on the subject of belt tensioning? It is clearly crucial to the accuracy of the machine, but I have found information on the V400s belt tension to be lacking.

What is the Klipper command for endstop calibration ? Your screen does not show what goes to the console, and I can't find the command for it. ENDSTOP_CALIBRATE does not work.
