Georgia is such A beautiful country, and this spot by the natural spring is one of our favourite places to stay in a Van...EVER!! ❤️🇬🇪

@@ChristianDavidMallari hey Christian! Yes we went ahead and rented a car anyways! The fines are very low (if you are unlucky to get one which we didn’t), £10-£30 so we have heard. And we chose to rent the car instead of the motorbike to be safer, since our insurance would have been void too. We wanted to show you guys how you should get an IDP before you leave your home country! ☺️ Kitt

My only guess as to the nickname could be because Samuel baker (rediscoverer of Nuwara Eliya) was English?? But you’re right - it should be called Little Britain 😂 Kitt

Its because British or Britain was more of an administrative term used here. To Sri Lankan commoners, all the white people were Englishmen at that time. Also, the pronounciation of Little England is easier than Little Britain for the Sri Lankans.

Even today, most of the Sri Lankan people England is all...Not able to differentiate the Scotland, Wales, or England due to poor knowledge

For sure we know there are leopards in Sri Lanka but thought they were found mostly in the south, in Yala etc?
