Hi I know this vid is 4 yrs old but I just bought 5 of these for my porch hanging pots they are awesome but can they make it outside so cal zone 9 also they are under an overhang with 2 hrs sun
I just brought one home and seem to have knocked its arm off in transport which made me sad. I’m in Canada, zone 3. My thoughts are to let the piece scab over for a week and then plant it. Also hoping that it might grow another arm or more. Your thoughts?
Why don’t I get new growth
The starfish, is my favorite!!!! Looking Doran African spear??? Enjoy your videos...Tks ....JR
Toxic to pets, right?
You Are Crazy Beautiful Ma'am!
Wouldn't this cause root rot?
My plant seems to be dying and drying out
Do they like to be root Bound
I love this Fern.... The way she feels when you touch her. So Delicate... so feminine. :)
There are two ways to read that😂
Thank you so much for this inspiration. I want to start my own business. No more creepy massages from the boss for me!
Great hair. Nose rings are gross and distracting.
You do women a disservice thinking cleavage sells😢.
How did it fall? was the ground soggy? did it get to heavy? did it root? 🌵
Subbed the second that gyg clip came up, because girl.... WE ARE FRIENDS NOW 🐊👋
What kind of soil do you use?
Maybe also Hookeri or salvinii
I’ve had mine for about 2 years and it has never fully lost all of its leaves. I’ve gained about 3-4” over those two years. Love this plant!
Can you propagate a 21 inch tall piece of fire stick with a pretty large stock in the middle, or is it better to plant smaller clippings?
I’ve got some green nodes on my leaves. Upon researching, some say it’s a mite that won’t harm. Please help!
These are not easy to grow from seeds. We didn't have success with that regardless of what we tried. I ended up getting a live plant shipped instead. It did have difficulty surviving shipping. I had to revive it using a fertilizer. I put some worm compost (you can buy this commercially) on top of the soil and gave it a good watering. It took a good month for it to revive and look healthy enough to tolerate being transferred to a bigger pot. I mixed in worm compost with the new soil before transplanting it to the new pot. Now it's overgrown (intentionally on my part); it's thriving; and it's starting to produce flowers. Now I'm just trying to figure out how to keep it growing indefinitely once it produces seeds. I'm guessing the seeds will naturally sprout and grow new plants if they drop into the soil. But I want to try planting some of these seeds to see if we can have more success. I think we failed in our initial attempts to grow from seed because we didn't add any fertilizer to the soil. Supposedly the soil we purchased should have had the right amount of Nitrogen etc. I think if we'd added the worm compost to the soil, it would have created a better environment for the seeds to start growing. We had only gotten our first seeds to the seedling stage where the plants were growing cotelyns. We were lucky to even get THAT far! That was on the third attempt and after 4 weeks of planting and waiting and planting more and waiting. Ugh! Anyway, hopefully the seeds from an already healthy growing plant will work better.
Love them
Woman, that music is very irritating.
Blame the squirrels😅
Did you show a closeup? Did I miss it?🤫🤔😟
She didn't.
Thank great video ❤
im having trouble keeping my cissus discolor happy could you please send me some tips and tricks I have it self watering and great lighting but the leaves are getting all crispy on the sides and falling off it hasn't really grown since I got it a year ago but I did check the roots and they all look good so what do I do please help me! the info online doesn't state what I'm doing wrong and doesn't really help!!!! please help me shes my favorite plant!
I think I ask you if you should wait till it blooms too store it. But also I want to know how to propagate it, and when I didn't quite catch what you said about that
Mine is growing long, but mine is much thicker. Is it a different variety?
I think this plant is a Ming Aralia is there any way I can send you a picture to verify?
Question, I wasn’t sure if the stalk was normal since in other succulents it is common for people to not want the stalk look. Is this a normal ogre ear look? Am I doing it right?
Thank you! To the point and informative! So glad I found someone to watch that speaks my language lol simple and full of info
I understood you well. Not sure what other people are having trouble with lol anyway I’m having issues with mine going limp some of the other branches? Arms? Are doing fine.
Where did you purchase this bigger plant?
Ive had mine since 1994. In a pot, grew to 4 feet drop a seed pod for the first time. From LA to san diego it has moved. Just planted it in my turtle enclosure. Had turtle since 1998. Both have always been outdoors.
Thank you, I was wondering how much water this type of plant needed. 🙂💛
Are you meant to leave the tuber uncovered? I repotted mine and covered the tuber totally. It's very unhealthy, I'm about to be left with one leaf. Thank you for the info on it being toxic, i didn't know that
I have a huge one and I love it! ❤
Ohh hiya cleaveage 😅 Sorry, thank you…anyway serious question: I got a Mexican resurrection plant. It bloomed great. Lived in water for about a year and started to look less and less green (while still in water). I was off on holiday soon anyway so let it dry out for a few months and then back in water. It bloomed again but still no green. Added plant food and brighter light…still no green…what am I doing wrong here?
My prek students and I all agree it's really not appropriate to make comments about people's bodies 🤗 But I'm guessing your plant might be too cold? Or it might be a type of this plant that has different coloring than you might expect from the common rose of jericho. A little google search might help since you know your environment the best 😊 good luck!
girl this is GOLDENNNN!! Thank you so much! 💚
you prefer Terra Cotter pot?
if i just got this plant 2 days ago and my plant started to get yellow leaves and some brown ones what should i do?
What 😱no way it’s awesome 🤩 is like toy store for us ;this green house is so cool thank you so much for sharing 🫶🏻❤️
It's been 4 years? Is it still alive. Very difficult plant to keep alive. So pretty
10/10 ty
Hi, if it starts to get crispy because of lack of watering, how can I save it back?🥹😭
Hustle not hustel. Good grief.
I live in Phoenix and bought one last spring from Berridges Nursery (a good quality place). I had it hanging under a porch and watered it about every week more or less. Then it began to be super hot and I saw that some stems were dry and dead. I brought it in and cut off some dead parts. I wasn’t sure if it was the heat or overwatering. I tried to cut off some healthy leaves that had dried straw colored bases, let them harden off and repotted them in the same pot. It didn’t work. Any suggestions? I think it’s in a good place in a bathroom with a skylight.
Great video. Thanks. I now know to put my Opuntia out in the sun. I didn't realise they could be outside in the UK. But with our severe heat, I think they will be safe. They are bought for my tortoise. If she will eat them. Very fussy tort. 🙄
