I love the fact that, even though crowley said they saw the canopy rain thing in a richard curtis film, there are no films by richard curtis in which something similar takes place, meaning crowley did actually describe how Zira and they fell in love, noticed, and then panicked and made up an excuse that Zira wouldnt check

I teared up a bit. Your lyrics are absolutely beautiful. Not 1 to 1, but very much following the spirit of the original. Kinda reminds me of Nier: Automata's Weight of the World with how the english and japanese versions contrast. I love how you render "Kanarazu~" as "Trust me I know". I was just thinking the japanese word was more emotionally impactful for just having more syllables than the "Surely" it translates into. "Trust me I know" manages the same level of energy and emotion. "I won’t forget my _karma_ haunting me forever" I also like how you managed to keep 'karma' as the focal point of the verse, just like in the japanese verse: "sorezore no KARUMA wo utsusu tame no " Also this: We’re both here and alive We’ve been through so much but we’re okay That lonely light of hope reminds us Not to be afraid This hits *hard* .
