My teeth have never felt the same after crowning them. I’m always in pain, they feel irritating

But dr...in temporary also, we are giving crown and permanent also same impression and crown...how does the gingiva know the difference? What cant the gingiva heal normally in permanent crown too of giving as early as possible? Because in delayed temporary, the process still takes time right. Going to lab and back

Hi sir In case of removing gp in 11 with H files without using solvents - I accidentally pushed the gp beyond the apex And i am unable to remove that part of gp which went beyond the apex The patient complaints of tenderness to percussion Is there any way to remove gp which went beyond apex sir Please share your valuable opinion sir

Hi Doctor Wish for your Experience plz Have undergone a root canal on my left side almost 2 months ago no swollen gums no deep Pain or Pulsating.. Unfortunately the main issue here is ( sensitivity to cold ) ❄️ while drinking or even Chewing Gum or by just rubbing or Brushing over it while knocking it with my Finger i do feel the Pain too cant even eat soft foods over that side... The Doctor Concluded that He's removed 04 roots the last xray showed no signs of Germs or anything we've agreed to have another opinion before we decide what's next.. Please advise..

If there's a smalll vacuum area in between the dentin and composite will that sensitivity to cold /warm/ and sweets gradually diminish with time?

Hi sir Can you please make a video about devitalizing agents during RCT In many clinical practice after acess opening they are placing a cotton soaked with formocresol in the acess cavity Is it correct method or not - I think formocresol is for pulpotomy Is it good to use devitalizing agent after acess opening or not in every patient Can you please share your ideas about it sir In case of large pulp root canal like canine - I experienced uncontrollable bleeding from the canal even after complete cleaning and shaping -in one patient I had enlarged canal upto F3 size whenever I flood the canal with Hypochloride and I activate with endo activator I experience a uncontrollable bleeding from the canal -there is no perforation - is it due to large pulpal remanants - in such a case how to remove it sir can you please share your ideas about it sir

Is it true after 1st part of rct the temporary crown is excruciating pain unbearable but after the 2nd visit the permanent filling is lesser pain afterwards il had my first part 5 days ago the pain has been unbearable I've a nasty chronic infection

My mom has been through root canal on both sides of her month on the back on top and book like upper two and bottom two teeths on each side. She is suffering a lot of pain like in the start her tongue is so swollen that she cant at least talk properly she is stuttering and cant eat properly.she gone to doctor multiple times they said that it is normal but at this point 4 months are passed still no change in pain.she is shivering due to the tooth pain and she gone to doctor and asked to file some amount of tooth as it seems to be bit high so after that her tongue became normal swelling gone and her tongue became normal colour then after few days her tongue sems to get black spots. And we went to another doctor and he gave her a injection and told that it may be due to lack of vitamins and prescribed some medicine. And now she is facing pain again in the teeth she if feeling pain when she eats or drinks hot and cold and when she chew her cheek skin comes in the way and her pain is not going and she tells that her teeth seems to be in improper size like we can't figure out anything and she is in alot of pain and doctors seem to be saying that it is normal u have to let it goo. Can you please suggest some thing
