I've read the books several times I've seen the movies several times and yet I didn't make that connection that Harry taught the way lupin taught him

I think you need to re-edit the video because while you're explaining about Ron and Lavender, at around 16:56, it jumps back to Draco and Pansy. Rather jarring, really. I was quite interested until then...

One of the things i liked about the relationships in HP is that the characters _had_ more than one partner. It made it all feel real, since they're teenagers.

The thick, woolen socks could have been made and given to him by his sister had she still been alive. He sees what could have happened if the fight that killed her hadn't occurred.

Harry was a horcrux. Look at Ron, what it did to him being in vicinity of two in confined space for months. (And yes they were roommates Prior to that. But they still had entire castle to chill out and protection spells around them...) Nut Dursleys had no love for Harry to begin with. And Horcrux for over a decade all day every day in their home. Basically even the act of putting Harry under the stairs was a way to uncontiously deal with that evil influence... basically they managed quite good considering... lesser people would probably tried to off Harry multiple times before he got his latter. Even that slight change in Petunia is probably a result of less exposure.

Wth do you mean Dumbledore could not teach dada 😂 only the 2 greatest dark wizards in his lifetime were afraid to dual him. How many death eaters (at one time) did he dual in book 5? … 20 years after I graduated my muggle English teacher got bored with the subject and started teaching physical education instead… it’s been known to happen that teachers take a break from their subjects. I’m pretty sure if fans didn’t chuck their toys out of the pram over some of these things, the last 2 movies would have cleared it up. Jacob could see hogwarts for the same reasons select other muggles could… they were "allowed" to. You think no muggle parents ever got to see their kid’s graduation? You’re talking one line in book 4 and twisting it out of context. The Aurors apperated to the outskirts of hogwarts and walked in.

The only theory that I can come up with for defending against Avada Kadavera is that the Dumbledore bothers were powerful wizards. According to this video, they blocked Avada Kadavera together. They were not alone. Maybe this is its weakness. It takes two powerful wizards to block it. According to the movies, Lilly was alone defending Harry, and she didn't even try to use her wand. James was shown dead downstairs, when Lilly was shown throwing herself on top of Harry. Also, it was Llily's love that stopped Voldemort from killing Harry. That could be another factor. Two powerful wizards who had great love were needed to block Avada Kadavera. That is all I have. LOL.

The use of Accio to summon living creatures actually gives us a glimpse into the mindset of the author, and possibly the writers of the Fantastic Beasts movies. In the Harry Potter series Hedwig spent his summers in a cage barely big enough for the bird to stand in, like the owl was little more than furniture. Animals aren't living feeling beings in Fantastic Beasts, they are little more than set dressing. For an owl like Hedwig to have a chance at being healthy he would need twice the size of Harry's room to exercise in, but was locked in his cage for a considerable amount of time.

Addressing the blood pack between Grindelwald and Dumbledore? This was the writer(s) reaching out to the homosexual community for profit. But, this is not my point. So, here it goes. The blood pack was created out of the love between Dumbledore and Grindelwald. It was not just a friendship. So, after they separated and Grindelwald went down a path that Dumbledore would not follow. Dumbledore still loves Grindelwald, but he knows that he is the only wizard who could stop him. So, there is still an emotional conflict in Dumbledore. He has to get the blood pack amulet, destroy it, defeat his love, in order to stop him from harming others. Or, let Grindelwald continue to harm others. Again, I have not seen the movies in a while. But, this is the message that I remembered from the movies. It was not something that slapped me in the face because it was a subtle message. The writer(s) did a great job at sneaking it by. Especially when I consider the news report that J.K. Rawlings doesn't support or agree with the homosexual community. LOL.

The direct gaze of a basilisk kills instantly. The victims in the Chamber of Secrets only saw it indirectly. Hermione saw it reflected in a hand mirror. Colin Creevy saw it through the lens of his camera. Mrs. Norris saw it in a reflection of a puddle in the hallway. That's how they all became petrified instead of dying like Myrtle.

The moratorium on Apparition in Hogwarts was never absolute. Fawkes, and House Elves could still apparate. People coming and going in the mater shown in the Fantastic Beasts film would suggest that the charm to prevent anyone apparating into Hogwarts didn't exist yet. It's possible that the rise of Voldemort facilitated the need for the charm to be put in place. When Hermione states that apparation isn't possible in Hogwarts, she never said when this charm had put into effect.

As far as Queeny. I thought that she and Jacob wanted to get married. But, I thought Jacob said no because he didn't want Queeny to deal with the backlash that she would have to face if she married a muggle when anyone found out. That is why I thought that she bewitched him. Queeny choosing Grindelwald also makes sense to me because her true love rejected her because he didn't want her to get hurt. She felt lost and confused, and it shows how manipulating Grindelwald can be. Grindelwald was charismatic that he could talk someone out of their soul if he wanted to. I could be wrong. It's been a while since I saw the movies. But this is the message that I got.

Minerva McGonagall's appearance in Fantastic Beasts can be explained simply by saying that the person at Hogwarts in 1927 is the grandmother of the Minerva who is born in 1935. The more logical solution is really what people should consider before putting out crazy theories. If we say that she used a time turner to go back in time, and it'd be a one way trip, why would she do it?

In the last battle between Harry and Voldemort? Voldemort and Harry evaporate while struggling face to face. What is the reasoning behind this if the evaporate spell is not allowed in Hogwarts? I have learned that when it comes to rules and lore in any fiction or nonfiction movie? Money is god. Rules can be changed, twisted, and even forgotten. I just go with the flow, if it's something that my mind can overlook. Always remember? Money is god to the human race. Everything else is expendable. The Harry Potter series is not the only series that ignores and changes things. In the Star Wars books, Luke becomes one of the greatest Jedi. In the last movies, he's still an incompetent boob who can't get out of his own way. I hated it. But, my mind could accept it. So, there you go. Disney was out to collect as much of their god as they could. And they did. The fans and/or people are expendable as long as the money pours in. LOL.

How was there a three way duel if Albus couldn't fight Grindelwald? Wouldn't that have meant it was them against Aberforth?
