Possible to install on 2024 BYD Seal 13.1.33.2403010?

I've tried this in my tang facelift. When im in my car and about to install, it just says that im not allowed to install third party apps. Can you please help me? 😅

Hey mate, first of all thanks heaps for the videos! Great content - helped me a LOT with my new Seal! Just had a couple of questions for you: I've managed to downgrade it to 2307, and I can now sideload apps using the USB method, and used that to sideload PIU and then Aurora. However, when it asks for the permissions, it won't register the permission to install stuff (the first one). I kept spamming the button like you suggested on one of the comments I found here, but had no luck. Am I missing something? Any ideas? The other question is around xapk, apks and apkm files, which we often get from apkmirror and pureapk. The BYD system doesn't seem to like them. Do you know any way around that? Thanks again dude!

hello @XingersTechLounge1 ! do you happen to know how to backup the current version before downgrading? if my version number is the same as one of those in the link, does that mean that is actually the same software that im currently running on?

hi thanks for the great downgrade guide, Ive just done downgrading my seal to 2307 and tried successfully sideloading some apps onto the car. but it seems all the sideloaded apps cant work, most just exited after pressing the app. do you have a guide for installing revanced example microg and revanced youtube on 2307 appreciate it.

Great video but seems like my dolphin came with protections, when I plug in the USB I get a message telling me to scan a QR code with VDS or WeCom, guessing this is something only a dealership can do.

I have a couple of things I wanna kindly ask you: 1- After downgrading, should the car still be able to get OTA and update to the latest? or I have to upgrade manually also? and would it get future updates over OTA? 2- Does downgrading/upgrading or installing external apps affect the warrenty ?

I install old versiom of gbox and after that i install new version..now gbox is not working saying multimedia doesnt support it...i install back old version.still not working

Top speed of byd han awd is 185 km/h. Is it a limiter or the whole power? If it is a limiter, could I remove it?

Hey Xinger, i have a BYD Atto 3 and i wanted to ask if it is possible to enable usb debugging on the latest versions. My dad updates the car all the time and I don’t want to take the risk of downgrading.

I've been trying to find the original clip explaining how to set this up, but have not been successful. Can you please post a link to it?

Hi Xinger, I've tried to downgrade in my Yuan Pro (Yuan Up in other countries) and I couldn't get it. I used your files for 13.1.33 because currently the car is on 13.1.33.2403010.1 but it doesn't allow me to install apps. From your repo I saw a folder with the 13.1.3323 version but it is not compressed, I created the UpdateFull.zip file with all files from your repo and I created the folder schema as you mentioned, but when I insert the usb into the car the ota upgrade process says this update couldn't be verified. I've got another OTA file from other repository with the same 13.1.3323 version, but the error with this is update failed. When the package load and start the installation percentage this don't take more than 2 min and restart the screen with a error "Update Failed". Could you please help me with this issue?

Hi mate, great guide works perfectly. Have you managed to sign in using revanced? The app works perfectly, just cant sign in unfortunately. Using the latest revanced manager and patches, with the microg that it prompts you to install. Do you know of an alternative microg that works?

Hey Xinger, appreciate your expertise I'm in Aus with a Seal Performance. So I've stumbled across your video after coming back from MyCar as my car was stuck on v2310 (v1.1) who've just complete the suite of updates they can via the pad. They also installed v2403 via USB however I don't appear to have the SLW shortcut to mute the TSR warnings nor does it remember what I had disabled when I reboot the car. The other functions like Car Location via the app and Finger Gestures to control the AC do work fine so I'm wondering why I'm missing certain features that other aussies have talked about.

Hey champ Thank you for guidance, i have a question regarding the Seal though. - I did the downgrade(2307), installed apps etc - and then upgrading back using packages from Gordienko MediaStation(/BYD/BYD/Firmware Dilink/By the list/Global, OTA/13.1.33). I could choose between ver.2403 with .xml extension and ver.2403 with no .xml extension?? I selected the one with .xml extension because it was a newer date and flashing went fine, but I dont know if it was a mistake to choose the package with .xml extension. Can you or someone here maybe tell me the difference?
