Hey mate, first of all thanks heaps for the videos! Great content - helped me a LOT with my new Seal! Just had a couple of questions for you: I've managed to downgrade it to 2307, and I can now sideload apps using the USB method, and used that to sideload PIU and then Aurora. However, when it asks for the permissions, it won't register the permission to install stuff (the first one). I kept spamming the button like you suggested on one of the comments I found here, but had no luck. Am I missing something? Any ideas? The other question is around xapk, apks and apkm files, which we often get from apkmirror and pureapk. The BYD system doesn't seem to like them. Do you know any way around that? Thanks again dude!
Thanks for your helpful videos. How to install directly Google Play Services onto the car? I tried but it says "Not supported by mu Multimedia". I have a Chinese imported BYD Seal.
You can't just install Play Services. It's not that simple. There are tens if not hundreds of dependencies in addition to changes to the OS (at root level) before compatibility can be achieved. Long story short, you're not getting Play Services working on any BYD cars.
You can't. Google Play Services (GPS) isn't installed on Atto 3 or any BYD cars. It cannot be installed without significant, time consuming work. No GPS = no navigation. Try using PlugShare in an Android emulator like GBox.
@@XingersTechLounge1 I was able to successfully install Google Maps via GBox with GPS but Plugshare is not available under GBox. Is there any other way besides using it in the browser? Or do you know another Android emulator that supports Plugshare?

UA-cam and youtube music works? Without playservices?
You need to either install it through an emulator like GBox, or use a modified version like Vanced.
I side-loaded newpipe for youtube videos.. (use same on my phone)
For others: Aurora Store folde is in the applications folder.
Thanks "Xinger". ;)
Good note, thanks.
This might be a stupid question but how do you uninstall apps that you’ve downloaded onto your byd?
Press and hold the app icon, it'll give you an option to uninstall.
Do your UA-cam Music Works? Mine "can't connect to the server"
You need a modified UA-cam Music - with ability to use modded MicroG.
UA-cam has plenty of videos on this topic.
Hi I have gbox installed ABRP works but it doesn’t show the map how can I fix this appreciate any help
Did you install it inside of GBox?
@@XingersTechLounge1 hi thanks for your reply no installation was from a APK file
I installed Plugshare via Aurora Store on my Atto 3 but it does not show the map. How do you get it work?

Sorry if obvious, but how does one "give it all the permissions it needs"?
When you install it, there will be a few popups asking for certain permissions for the app to function.
Press OK/Allow for all of them.
Just keeps crashing when trying to grant the first permission (installer permission). The other permission is granted ok. Any ideas?
@@adams1366 Keep spamming the grant button till it goes through.
I'm on OTA 1.5 if that makes a difference...
@@adams1366 Yes I am too.
Spam NEXT very fast and it should get you to the next screen.
