Thankyou for your videos! One question: say you have all these nice apps on the car (UA-cam, Netflix etc), what mobile data will be used when you're out and about charging etc.? The car's Sim card data or so you use your phone's data?
I have a permanent Wi-Fi hotspot through an old Android phone. This phone sits at the back and is plugged in to one of the rear USB ports. Check my other video out on automating a Wi-Fi hotspot, it's what I used for this Android phone. Inside the phone is a SIM card, with a shared 500GB data pool.
@@XingersTechLounge1 There is a repetitive kind of music playing in the interior of the car when I am going less than 30 km/h or so. Its actually rather quiet but I find it really annoying. A website describes the sound like this: "You also start to hear faint music from the speakers while driving around at low speeds. It's more like ambient music which is also played on the outside of the car to let the pedestrians know that there's a car coming. It's not very loud and can be heard when you're about a meter away from the car". I get that it is important to make some noise to alert the pedestrians outside but why do I have to listen to the same tone over and over when I am going through traffic. There were people saying just to unplug the speaker under the hood, but I doubt that will mute the sound in the interior/ Idk much about coding but I figured maybe there is a file that I can delete to make the sound go away. Btw I wanted to thank you for these tutorials. They are are awesome and really helpful. So far I dont see anyone else posting stuff like you do. Thanks a lot.
Your car should already have the English voice assistant. If it doesn't, you're out of luck because installing English voice assistant is not as easy as just installing an APK.

Hey, thanks a lot! Your videos helped a lot. Is there any way to disable the tone when you are driving or reversing ?
What do you mean tone?

@mrcrem3044 Unplug the cable. Simplest solution.
Thank you very much for your work and for sharing it.
You are welcome! Thanks for stopping by.
Is there a sneaky way around getting google play services to work? I can't get UA-cam to run as it is asking for the aforementioned 😢
Try UA-cam Vanced.
Otherwise, UA-cam via GBox (Android emulator).
@@XingersTechLounge1 thankyou. Champion 👍

Hi xinger, may i ask how to determine whether is DiLink 3.0 or 4.0
What's your software version?
Settings > DiLink/System Settings > Software > Software detail > View > System version
