My only thing about novation is knobs and encoders malfunction. Already had 2 ovation synths with this problem, they are not cheap to replace. Did you had any issues through the years? Thx for the video!

The keybed is just fantastic, but not the sounds they provide, the Eagan matrix engine is not exploited, they should give direct bridges to patches been made for the Haken at least. I am waiting for useable sounds or a human and powerful soft for edit the patches and that is absolutely not the case. It is missing a case in this product, the toy itself is not enough. I got much better sounds with app like animoog, ppg infinite, layers or geoshred. Geoshred use also modeling acoustic, the much powerful engine of mankind like there is in the Eagan, but geoshred provide accurate strings bow, their sarangi is so realistic and expressive for exemple, the team of e osmosis don’t have finish yet their storyboard.

You can hold the function button to tune the sub independently of osc 1 giving you a 3 note chord when detuning osc 2. 👍

I'm very convinced to get this and I love Integraudio plugins in general (especially Deelay!) but about this video whenever the vocal mic comes in there's lots of popping my guess is if you increase the input buffer size it will fix it

The Noisy2 advert in 02:00 destroyed my viewing experience, because I came here for the Osmose and it was very disappointing to see this. I paused the video, I clicked on the Dislike button, I checked on the "Don't recommend channel" option and this way you lost another potential viewer/subscriber. Such amateurish, sneaky advertising tricks, such a pity..

Nice walk thru. I love the Osmose. While the key interface is traditional, and feels mostly conventional, I wouldn't use it as my only keyboard. In fact the keys are unique enough in feel, play and response that I'd almost classify it as a whole new instrument, the way a piano and an organ are similar but not at all interchangeable and play very different, velocity vs no velocity and organ keys snap back a bit faster than even a concert grand piano. Someday there will be session players that are expert Osmose players like a violinist or trumpet player, the synth is that unique.

I love this synth but cant afford one so instead i ordered a behringer poly d, im just a hobbyist and think its the best option for my model d hankering ive had since 2004 and bidget. Yes it took me this long to make the plunge lol. When i wanted this blue edition in 2004 it was 3700 cdn, my poly d is 931 cdn taxes in currently. Hard to refuse that price for such an instrument.

The image comparing limiter and clipper is incorrect. The limiter would not create a waveform with a higher amplitude than the clipper, unless set to a higher threshold.

I'm not that keen on the Synthesis part of this keyboard, I'd much prefer a MIDI controller only version of this.

This thing feels all around cheap to me. Wobbly knobs, faders and laggy screen. The keyboard feels like you’re just playing a keyboard on top of a layer of stretchy fabric (ie: the continuum). I was so excited about this keyboard, and was going to buy early in the campaign, but since touching it in person at multiple music shops, I have lost all interest. The keyboard doesn’t feel bad, but everything else feels cheap around it which leads me to feel like the keyboard is also. I could probably get used to the wobbliness of the keyboard, but like many people, I have no interest in the synth engine, as I think the synth engine sounds incredibly boring from the presets. Such a huge disappointment.

It be great if someone out there would create an iOS app that’s similar to the SoundTower Voyager software. That be the only way to grant us the ability to recall presets instantly for all the live needs. For now I just save specific presets well accordingly to a set-list. Other than that, I really wish Moog would bring back the Voyagers in MKII form. With improvements and features like Paraphony / Duophony on ‘em. Also great vid. I like watching other Voyager vids of sessions and stuff. There are things I’m still learning from mine. Barely got a year with it. I was overwhelmed first having it, and played with presets only. Eventually made my own. It definitely does have some complexities.

What would you want to see in our next guides? What is missing there? 😁
