my grandpa had one in the exact same exterior color but a pullman and with a black interior. i only saw it drive once in my whole life for a cousin’s wedding or something, the rest of the time it was squatted low in the garage on what i assumed as broken suspension, and it’s really moldy in the center console as well as on the carpets and headliner. they either moved it or sold it after my grandpa passed away in 2012. i kinda wanna buy one for myself now.

The only car in this period that is its equal is the Cadillac Eldorado Brougham Series 70 from 1957-58. It introduced many features that were revolutionary at the time such as quad headlights, auto dimming headlights, memory seats and self seeking and adjusting radio. Both this car and the Eldorado had self leveling suspensions automatic windows and self opening and closing trunks. The Cadillac was pneumatic and MB hydraulic. This car is an old school upright sedan made to be ridden in and driven by a driver. The Cadillac is simpler, streamlined and oriented towards the future and meant to be self driven.

While the rest of the company traveled by air between locations, Bill preferred to drive, and often asked me or Ryan O'Neal to drive with him. That was one fabulous car! It's presently in a museum in Hollywood.

I remember having a car having to fuel in the back and how much I looked trying to figure how to fill it up. And it was behind the license plate. Love that your moon roof still works and the loudness of this thing.
