I put the revised Neutral Switch in mine, but you also have to replace the pin as well .. Never an issue so far, not that I ride it much after getting a Fat Bob ..

For me when I mount the GoPro. I tilt it back towards the sky a little bit. Seems to work for me.but I haven’t used a chest mount.
That's what I usually do too but the problem was is the original mount broke so I had to get a backup and it was so short that it wouldn't allow the camera to tilt back at all so I was kind of just hoping that it would not look too bad but it did come out bad I ordered a new set of mounts

Maybe put a little bottom ramp on your chest mount till you get the right pieces you need.
4:27 order you up a few metal attachments so you don’t have a problem with that plastic breaking and losing a GoPro like I did. Maybe even start tethering your GoPro. I’m a believer now ha ha I’ve lost three GoPro’s not tethering. And plastic mounts that are attributed to the problem very expensive loss.
