Why use a good piece of kit like that. Mark the circle out, put a 3 inch face mill in and run it through in various points around the circle. Then clean it out to size.

Right angle drive on a cnc milling machine and interpolate it. I can do that same job on a 12 year old Tormach better and faster than that huge machine.

I keep coming back ! Very satisfying , I wrote D’Andrea several emails about supplying me an INT30 arbor for my 120 no response , I wrote in Italian too ! Any ideas ?

Even though I don't know your native language, I really like your shop and your content. I have one of those Ideal band welders that I retrofitted to my DoAll 1612 bandsaw. When I got the saw, somebody had removed the original welder. Thanks.

The masters of contouring spindles are Trevisan machines. The DS 600 could undercut this rough stuff in one pass. I've taken up to .68 in. per side at .02 in. per rev. The only reason i couldnt take more is because that's all a cnmg643 insert can take.

Sometimes you can blow stuff off with compressed air provided it hasn't been allowed to get too long and wrap itself around the drill. Basically locking itself on play around with your speeds and feeds because nobody likes dealing with the weed wacker from hell

How boring lol

I find the recordings well done and the music quite relaxing. But what I would be interested to know is what is the star-shaped monster, what is it for, or what machine is it installed in? Since I read that you don't want to do a voiceover (which I can completely understand), I would suggest putting the explanations in the subtitles.

If you got rid of the music and slowed it down, then gave the viewer some info about what your doing and why your doing it , you have lots of potential
