A song i made in Reason 5 using a tutorial from boyinaband.com. It was more learning to use the software than create a masterpiece but take a listen anyway and tell me what you think, constructive criticism is welcome. I re-uploaded a better quality version of it.

Very hard working job , very nice. Jst a quick question, do these Drop Boxes fit on Nissan Patrol Y60 /GQ as well ???
How long did the zip ties end up lasting?
WTF is the axe for😂😂
Get the jack off the fucking brocks, that’s just asking to die
Hey there, neardood1. this is a surprisingly good looking video. thanks. :)
Not one question answered...
is in kentucky?
Hi. Have a diff lock?
Wesley!!!!!
Waroona dam
did you film this with a toaster?
Why the F would you remove the springs, Also using bricks to hold the car up is even worse, some people should be banned from posting shit to UA-cam giving people wrong ideas. Change Title to How Not To Instal Drop Boxes
Ahhhhh, cheers mate for the info.
is it on 33"
Cut out your shazzy?? Instant write off....
More like how not to do it
Hi Guys, did the Dropboxs make any difference in how the car drove and handled also did you need to do a front end aliment again or was that ok. Also would you recommend it or not?
How can i get one of the hood stack pipe exhaust for a 2017 toyota HILUX
maria anita that’s a snorkel m8
hahaha
Lol
Please dont do ricer shit to something that can't off-road
really a crazy disco' ;)
I wouldn't let you guys work on my sons match box cars, unbelievable
bit of a question cobber. with 35s on a disco have you had much drivetrain issues. I own a d1 and seeing the axle sizing I am only confident to run 31s. I must admit though that you got a machine there
31'' or narrow 32'' (235/85R16) is no problem for disco. If you want put something bigger you should think about HD centrak diff cross axel and HD gears in the axels. I have two torsen diffs and now I have 265/75R16. but my destination size is 285/75 or 255/85 and I have to change CV joints and halfshafts.
Grzegorz Brudnicki if I could ask also, I got 265/75/16 , -22 wheels with a supposedly a 2 inch lift however I believe it's only 1 inch higher than standard, anyway I had to cut all 4 corners of the guards and still hitting the guard over hard bumps . How high do I need to go to properly clear those tyres ?
I have wheels with -5 offset and it's ok with 265/75/16. I think that you have too big offset, change wheels and everything should fit properly.
I’m about to do a 3 inch lift on my D2 V8 . Did you have to do anything else to have those 35s? I’m interested in getting the same . Any issues or things I must do ?
Could someone please tell me, if a dropbox or caster correction bushes are not fitted to a GU Patrol with raised suspension, can this induce posative camber at the front end, in turn, causing outer shoulder tyre wear? Wheel alignment was recently done on new tyres. Suspension and steering check returned no damaged bushes or other components. No king pin shims fitted top or bottom. Thanks in advance, and thank you to the film producers. Really appreciate it.
Yes they can induce a positive camber. I have a positive camber, but still in specs, with 2 inch lift
huu Wats happened dugdug
Should NEVER EVER!!!! use concrete blocks or bricks to jack of or as blocks to hold weight. When the weight is on they can crack or explode and give you no warning if they are going to fail. Use axel sands or a good wooden block. With wood if they fail they normally do it slowly but most importantly they crack and creek and give you plenty of warning. Also not a good idea to use the trolley jack onto of blocks.
Amazing! So if you do this you don't need to drop the gearbox as well? Thanks for the video!
all that effort and not replacing the radius arms with the improved design, bit of a waste. Radius arms plus drop boxes kit $980 dollars. Not much point in just installing the drop boxes
Exactly haha do it once do it rite
отличный аппарат!
No need to remove the springs.
Nice vid, only comment is that I think its called a Radius Arm.....not a control arm
would love to buy.
Your asking for jt in a petrol..
Cool !
Why would the car become top heavy if you set spacers on top of stock springs it's essentially lowering the mounting points by 2 inches which is the same amount of weight and pressure on the stock springs and shocks
Any build thread available ?
Mate , you in Victoria?
Also check out these guys over here in the uk. You want twist off kits and real mental off road gear these are the guys to look at www.racparts.co.uk They do lift kits as well
Nice ride good to see the old discos still conquering the world of off roading lol. Have a little look how the brits do off roading at my channel.
You blokes certainly do things the hard way lol.
What's the specs on the troopy?
sounds like turbo hz
upload more!!
2:47 there goes your number plate
This what happened to my landcruiser. If you go at it through a river crossing hard, the dizzy cap gets wet and starts missing on each spark, and the access fuel that doesn't burn goes into the muffler. The car backfires and the fuel in the muffler ignights and explodes. Force and expanding pressure at a fast rate kills the muffler or cat. My muffler blew up and was blown open. Btw that's not your cat exploding. It's the baffle falling off it's supports in the muffler and the silencing strap melting and falling apart. Now your car has no back pressure so it's harder to atart
It threw out a chunk of catalytic converter

Bro that honeycomb material he picked up is 100% cat converter
"Now your car has no back pressure so it's harder to start" Common misconception, back pressure is always bad in a 4 stroke engine. What you actually need is enough exhaust pipe to cause a *negative* pressure pulse to suck out the remaining exhaust gasses from the combustion chamber - this is called scavenging, and the headers usually do fine for this. Run your car without headers, and it will idle like garbage.
Les Richmond Automotives does one I have em on my D2
Nice rig still impressive 4 years later
I'm pretty sure their 35' Micky Thompson MT's
The triton in the background whne they're showing the cat. ahahah reminds me of me and my mates going 4by, his petrol 2.4 lux sloshing around and my 2.6 petrol triton jumping up shit
Nice. You wouldn't know where to find a 4" lift for a d2 would you? I have a mate who's after one and no Australian companies make them
What size tires are those in the vid?
Lol good vid. That last bit. If that was my Disco I'd have been throwing water all over the place. I've got 32" offroad tires on there
