​@yetanotherreviewchannel i finally got them to work. But now the trophies won't unlock. I got the first one for "completing training" but no more will unlock. Revisiting the Abyss didn't pop, I've impaled over 20 vampires and that didn't pop, same with burning and I just crushed one with a block and that one didn't work. I deleted the game and re-downloaded it and that didn't help. I'm done with it for now until they patch it. Otherwise I wish I hadn't wasted money on it.

@ im not big on achievements soi cant comment on this but i understand the frustration. Lets hope they back to the office soon after the holidays.

@@yetanotherreviewchannel mosts are tiny 1-10 people, after i was from early 2000 till 2019 a hardcore mmo gamer i was thinking all is boring because i played too much titles over the years at end i not searched for new stuff in it i searched for the copy+paste stuff, at 2020 i go more and more back to offline games and too away from AAA titles (starfield was the biggest fail i ever had) cyberpunk i buyed at march this year so it was pretty good witcher 3 at september it was too really good but this too are my only AA/AAA games i played in 2024 all others was games like oldshool zelda but in new with old graphics and much fun games like edge of ethernity i play too its at the bin from a really tiny puplisher with only 5 people, games like vampires dawn or vampiresuvivors i love really again gaming and i found some new genre i love rougelike and rougelite and again rpg but more the older ones non of the games was free so i think get a good game and pay for it is better then the dlc or every 1-2months paywall systems 👍 since i doo as hobby youtube i play much less but i can only say gaming isnt that bad the bad thing at gaming are the most puplishers and manufactorys because in early days theyre want to make a good game today all only want money so without me "i play what i want aslong it makes me happy and its at the last years retro games and 2D games" best way to have fun again was for me wipe windows from pc and use and learn linux at linux i can play so much old games that at windows not runs anymore (: a little tip from a 38years old nerd and gamer: "play what you whant aslong it makes you happy all others doesn’t matter!" sorry for the bad english i know its bad 🖤

Thanks for watching! Yes so many games, tv shows had movie adaptations that it was our second nature to expect a game coming along with them. Given many were just crash grabs but still fun, and we had some really amazing games! Kinda sad this trend just died.

Sure they need proper writers and bring on quality voice actors and somehow mix the old and new game mechanics properly. But there is always hope.

@@yetanotherreviewchannel Can it really be called LOK without Amy Hennig? Very doubtful. Most of the former employees who worked on LOK left a long time ago, this includes the same team behind Akuji the Heartless and Gex as these two used the same Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver engine. A lot of the voice actors who breathed life into the characters are either retired or dead. This is the big problem with dormant IPs. The longer they stay on a hiatus, the worse it gets for them to comeback properly. *Looks at Onimusha*

I never owned an Xbox or Nintendo ever, but still after 30 years or so i might rather buy the old console version of those because of too many exclusive titles. Like surely dozens i missed. You know rather than buying not just the PS5 but any current gen console. There are barely any next gen only games, let alone great exclusive titles. Gosh i sound like an old folk hating on modern things. 💀

@@yetanotherreviewchannel I don't think you're hating. You're being realistic. Yeah, sure, some games like Marvel's Spider-Man and Horizon are good, but they're nothing new. Spider-Man has been around for 2 decades on PS platforms. The last Spider-Man games to make me think "Hmmm, this is different" were the activision trilogy (Edge of Time, Shattered Dimensions and especially Web of Shadows) They weren't perfect per say, but they had new ideas! I think you should buy old consoles, especially Xbox 360 and PS3 as those don't emulate well yet. Unless if you have a beefed up PC. I was recently playing a lot of games on the Xemu (original Xbox) and Xenia (Xbox 360) and was amazed of how much great stuff was made in the past. Of course, since Xenia doesn't emulate unknown gems well, I'll have to re-buy another Xbox 360. Last games I played there were Ninety Nine Nights 2, and Conan. Surprisingly, WET ran well, hmm. You know, we live in these "toxic positive" times where if you say X console is disappointing you're instantly labelled a hater. What a joke this industry has become...

Ough is it a disc version or are you trying to emulate it? Not much advice i can give other than try to find another copy/version. But i hope someone smarter than me finds your comment and able to help. Maybe you can also try the ps2 reddit sub? r/ps2

Well you can save your progress using the Charm of Saving (limited item) in any area (i think any) so no need to look for a save room like in Resident Evil. But of course if you make significant progress and you die your latest save will be loaded making you lose progress. Sorry English is not my first language, also i try to improve at making vids more sound. :)

Got it, no its more forgiving for sure. Also by the end of the game you might have a lot of these save item so makes you wonder why not just add auto-save. 🙃
