I moved to a new school . I have to start everything...😢
I know it feels scary to go to a new school or anything that is new. Don't try to get rid of your nervousness, just let it be there. Bring your worries with you and let worry know that school is necessary and find things that are good about it. Maybe there is a class that is fun, a teacher that is funny. Maybe lunch will be good. Find anything that feels good about school. That can be your focus until your school isn't new anymore. Look for new friends that will make school fun! Good luck! You've got this !

As soon as someone said that to me i freaked out so much
I know it is hard to get ready to go back to school. Try to think about things you like about school. Hopefully there is something. Take it one day at a time. Don't fight the anxiety, let it go along with you to school. Watch my videos about how to manage your anxiety. Nothing has gone wrong. Every teen is anxious about something when thinking about going back to school. :)
