I don't know about reaching down to 25 Hz, but that K2 definitely does low bass better and the response sounds a bit smoother as well. The K2 Pro is about 6dB down compared to the original track @ 30 Hz based on your recording. The X20 is boosted a bit around 60 Hz, which is probably why it sounds a bit punchy.

O que você achou do audio da onyx 9? Um canal aqui no UA-cam disse que os agudos dela não soam bem. Você usa algum equalizador na Go play 3 ou usa a assinatura sonora original dela?

The boom's bass sounds dull

Anyone find a solution to KEEP the speakers in stereo pair after a power cycle? It seems to be a very common issue that people have and I have yet to find the solution. Every time they power off and back on, I'm forced to manually stereo pair them again. Very frustrating

The go plus play 3 sounds very wide and open whereas the brane sounds mono

The BBX 3 sounds fuller, with more clarity, at least that is what it sounds like listening to this video. I guess quite a lot of the deep tones from the Brane X are lost in the transition over to video , but in this video, the boombox sounds a lot better

For me, the UBOOM X offers a cleaner sound image here, clearly separated and tidy. In terms of bass, it is in no way inferior to the Go + Play 3. So in this comparison, it clearly delivers the better sound and currently offers the most attractive overall package.

One thing i ve seemed to notice is that the brane x s bass dramatically drops off as you push volumes, atleast on the unit i heard

I have the HK Go Play 3 and I also got the Brane X just to see what the hype is all about. The Brane definitely hits lower frequencies but the loudness is more limited on the lower ones. The fact that a speaker of this size can even do that though is amazing. Overall bass is very impressive and room filling for sure. To me though the mids and highs are overpowered by the bass and the volume must be really cranked up high for them to equal out. The HK overall sounds better and definitely higher end (hard to describe but it really does), albeit with not as much low frequency energy (but still really good bass and easily room filling). I don't care for the build quality of the Brane. The handle is really cheap feeling and mine doesn't even fold down all the way. The fabric grill is not quite lined up in the front, and the plastic molding underneath where the mid and tweeters are located is is not symmetrical (looks like is going slightly uphill from left to right). They obviously spent the money on the woofer and the R&D to make it. It doesn't look or feel like a $500 speaker. Just my hands on opinion as I don't have any sponsors to cater to. The HK looks and feels much more premium. I got my HK for $199 brand new from the JBL website. As cool as the Brane is, the HK is a bargain in comparison. I am certain Brane will come out with improved versions as this is the first gen, and I definitely look forward to that. I would personally wait until then unless $500 isn't a concern to you.

Mine does the same

JBL is designed for CONCERT STYLE and much louder and bass spread farther. Whereas BRANE X is awesome for small rooms with compact heavy bass.

The Brane X sounds like a normal speaker if it were placed in another room and you could only hear the sound through a wall. Terribly muffled.

I find the Infurture K2 Pro very interesting. Apart from your video, I couldn't find any other information about the speaker on the Internet. Where can it be bought and at what price is it offered? Do you have any specs that you can share?
