We came across a cave simulator called a "Speleo Box" located at Talking Rocks Cavern in Branson, MO . This took me about 10 minutes to get through. Definitely regretted it a couple of times throughout and thought that I might have to turn back or be rescued. FYI - I'm 5'7" and you can see how difficult it was for me to maneuver through this thing. If you are 6' or taller, it will be very chall...

This was a visit to Turner Falls Park during the month of June in 2021. Paid parking is on holidays and weekends. It was well worth it to have premier parking. Bring water shoes or footwear with gripping soles. The falls are very slippery! If we go back we will go back during the week when it's not so crowded. In July 2021 we took a half-day rafting trip to Glen Canyon/Horseshoe Bend with "Wilderness River Adventures". This was about a 3.5 float on the Colorado River. We took a trip to the Salt Plains State Park in Jet, OK to dig for free hourglass selenite crystals. Only found in Oklahoma! What an awesome place! Found lots of crystals. Supply list is below. Bring lots of fresh water! Digging is permitted from April 1 to October 15. Each individual is allowed to take home up to 10 lbs of crystals.
