All TR are great! My favorite is Underworld! Beautiful game. Everything is so epic. And I also appreciated that they didn't do a Big Long Complicated Boss to fight in the end of each level! For some reason TR and Boss concept is not something that works in my head.

I loved TR1 maps and history, I thing TR2 it's behind but I suppose gameplay was better? I always thought that people prefer TR2 just because they played that game first

Tomb Raider II - Great villain / storyline and the best boss ending "engage the dragon" - plus the bonus home sweet home, which had the best phrase in Tomb Raider history, " Don't you think you've seen enough ? " BOOM !

Man I play so few new games per year these days. I would have said Star Wars Jedi Survivor but that wasn't this year XD I guess my GOTY would be TR Remastered but I don't think a remaster should count lols

Rebirth was such an amazing experience! On of those games I wish I could completely forget and play from the begining. Also, Queen's Blood 🫶🏻

This year i basically replayed Dead Space and finished Tomb Raider 1 remastered. Anything else I think it was a very empty year.

This was a bad year for gaming imo, just played older games, Astro Bot was my goty by defeault.

It’s nice to see your favorite games. Other than TR of course 😄 Tomb Raider Remastered kept me company all year! And the periodic patches made it interesting. It’s my GOTY.

I agree with you 100% on the chosen levels, I love tr2 its my favourite of the classic 3 games i adore Venice and the speedboat its my favourite section of Italy in tr2 was so mind blowing when i first played it back in 1997. From the main 3 my favourite levels go like this. TR1 The Cistern TR2 Venice ( close to Barkhang Monastery) TR3 Aldwych 😊😊😊♥️

I really love England, from TR Legend. Going into the King Arthur Museum, was wonderful. You just knew, there was more too it. And a good boss battle, too. I sometimes turn that level on, just as a one-off play.

Shanty Town? TR9 is a great game but this level is... the worst. Really, in TR9 every level is better than this. So I'm really surprised that you include this one. My favourite level of all time is Desert Railroad from TR4 :)

I'll be honest most of the best levels of the series came in 1-3 and then a handful in 4-6 & LAU, but there's definitely no levels from the survivor era that deserve a placement in any top 10 list, they were good games but not true tomb raider. & if it wasn't for the remaster these beautiful original games & levels would be forgotten but their success shows how amazing they are to this day.

You can shoot while the gun on the boat in Venice, I discovered this by mistake in the remaster, and it works in remaster but not ps1 I think. Just double click gun in menus and go back to game, and now you can kill those annoying enemies on ledges.

The Great Wall, is a classic, and playing it for the first time was amazing took over 300 hours, now 12 minutes, but it had it all the timed action part is still one of the best.

I actually will agree St Francis' Folly is one of the (few) improvements from TRA. XD Shanty Town, though... nah, G, it's just waves and waves of combat. But I like the concept and exploring all the huts in between. Good video, lad :)

I love TR because of the awe-inspiring beautiful levels so Shanty Town is one of my bottom levels because it's so ugly and depressing. I get it though it's well designed as a level. Ugliest level award for me goes to Cairo in TR4, hoping the remaster will make it look good!

_Trial of the Eagle_ from Shadow is a great pick, it definitely is my favorite 'level' from the game🤩 From 2013, I prefer _Mountain Village_ over _Shanty Town_ . I like the differences in atmosphere/vibe (due to the weather and what happened just previously in the story) each time you return there... alhough you also have a beautiful moment like that in _Shanty Town_ just before you go on the _Gondola Transport_ that really stood out to me🌇

Nice selection. I like your thinking and think you have picked some beautiful levels. I think the remasters have made people fall in love with Tomb Raider again. I recently got the trophy for all pickups in Tomb Raider 2 and it was tough. Can't wait for the next 3 remasters. Steve 👍

i disagree so much with every entry on this list. but i like that everyone has different favourites. my top 4 are aldwych, cistern, barkhang monastery, and the deck.

How do you erase your saves ? I see people go up to 194 saves. Mine is 44. It won’t let me save 😢

The only reason why I love Underworld so much bcuz of that Thailand level stole my eyes.. 10 year old me was shocked to see that huge statue while playing the game with my dad.
