Shaolin monks and the 3d fighters of mk like shoalin monks, deception and Armageddon was my top games for only 1 reason.. directional movement and open world stories.. this game is seriously lacking in a hidden charm that they always tease us with in crypts and other features but never the main game.. I swear if we had another shujinko story line today or a personal create a fighter story mode we would be seeing alot more hype.. ofc I was always an ambitious idea man so these are all just opinions of mine..

MK11s Expansion Storyline DLC was very nice, when Aftermath came, I thought it added nice elements to the story leading to Kronika...then, MK1 came, and **spoiler alert** we got a small glimpse of Kronika in it, then the focuse shifted somewhere else!! Havok never was of any importance to any MK timeline!! We had great storys that evolved and alternated, with sub and scorpion, smoke, kitana, liu kang, johhny cage was awesome, raiden got nerfed but had a tight timeline (raiden origins), then the game went back to MK Armageddon? why?! They were on to something neat and intriguing they even did away with Kotal Kahn? what a wasted opportunity. I thought they were setting up new lore and beginnings to something amazing, instead we got swaps, and costume dlc loot boxes that players have to purchase instead of unlocking through progress....And we got Havok and Mavado? OMG...wow...Tremor is instead a Kameo character...and we have Kobra as a Kameo fighter, who cares about Kobra? Almost never heard of him, no significance to prior lore...whole bunch of Armaggedon fill ins if you ask me, in my humble opinion...Wasted potential...Original ninjas are great, og cast is great, no erron black, no Torr...Great graphics, sound, and gameplay, but whats up with the storyline? Please do not shoehorn Blaze into the cast just to make a Armaggedon 2.0, Armaggedon one was one of the worst MKs imo...Sorry its ok if some of yall liked it...Mk9, MKX, and MK11 were great...

MK1 IS THE FIRST GAME IN THE SERIES I SKIPPED since MKvDC. Fan of MK since the beginning too. After MK11 and the incredibly fun Aftermath, I never expected NetherRealm to go in such a boring direction. I hate the whole concept and the Marvelisation of Mortal Kombat. It was the Diablo of fighting games. Dark, gothic, gritty. Now, it's Disney bloody carnival ride. Not for me.

I would say with DLC I was 100% hyped for Kombat Pack 1. Quan Chi was the only one I did care for in it. Also I say when it comes to guess fighters. I hate how people say MK is slow when they release 6 characters a year when SF and Tekken takes a whole season for one. I remember how AKI was in Autumn of I’m right September and then the next DLC character Ed came out in February.

Season 2 was always my favorite. I always thought clementine was so badass, and a very unique character. To me, season 3 was the worst. I couldn’t bring myself to even care about the main character. I only really played to see Clem again. But she hardly played a significant role.

It's funny watching this video, I took a bit of a different route. I asked Alvin for help when i was stuck in the shed and he helped me without telling anyone, it made me like him more. And with Nick I ran to him because I had seen Pete was bitten, and we were stuck in a shed together. He got drunk, we had a conversation, then he told Clem to run while she escaped. They found him locked in the shed again and hungover asf. I also defended him when he shot that man, we had a much better relationship in the game.

it makes me the most sad that, in a few years, the new MK game will make this one obsolete, and then you'll pretty much never be able to play Omni-Man, Ghostface, etc. the same way you basically don't ever get to play as Jason or Xenomorph or Freddy Krueger ever again since those games are old as fuck and essentially dead. Why can't we just get old dlc characters revamped and re-released, like you can prob still queue and find a match after a while on MK11 so you can still play peeps like Spawn, but in a few years you will most likely never get to play them again. Fans of these licensed characters will eb devastated, as me, a deep Jason Voorhees fan was devastated when MKX fell off, and I was too young to play it when it came out. It's all such a sad case of DRM, and it's all 1st world problems to be fair but there's nothing we can do because of NRS business model

When Sam is running from the psycho and you have the final choice to run or hide, you can see the psycho at the end of the hall briefly. So it hints that it's a bad idea. As for giving the flare to Matt, if Matt disagrees with going to the tower and then tou give Matt the flare gun, Matt will be able to use it to save his life from the windigo if it attacks him (this happens if you fall into the bottom of the mines trying to save Enily.) If you never see the flare gun again, that means you didn't try to save her, which I don't blame you lol.
