The whole gambit with Clayface and not jumping into the Lazarus pit, and all the other things that feel like he's taking steps backward are because Joker doesn't necessarily care about _winning_ as much as he cares about beating _Batman_ specifically. He certainly wants to survive, but that isn’t his number one priority. He wants to screw with Batman, take him for a ride, and eventually beat _him_ specifically in a contest of wits and willpower. For Joker, that means tricking Batman into thinking he's healthy to disrupt any plans Batman might have for "sick" Joker, then pulling back the curtain to make Batman look stupid, then taking the cure from him any way he can. A) because taking the cure is more satisfying than having it handed over, B) because with Talia's death Joker has lost his immediate leverage, and C) because he ultimately believes that Batman is too selfish to save him.
It isn't canon. Saying that the game takes place in the Batman Arkham's universe to sell that cash-grab doesn't make it real. Rocksteady already told the story that they wanted to at that moment in time.
Lol, King Shark was confirmed to be as strong as Superman, in-universe. Boomerang is literally a speedster with that gauntlet, and deadshot is still the greatest shot alive. Batman even stated in Arkham origins and City that getting into hand to hand combat with him was too dangerous 😂 Then there’s Harley who just has experience with him. Cry about it.

When I got to this section I scanned the riddle where he was morphed as Cash and went to the upstair part where I got the riddler trophy, when I got up there I heard a sticky, morphing like sound, went back downstair and he was now Gordon! Pretty cool detail that you can actually hear him morph!!
Catwoman from City was bangin’, but Ivy in Asylum tho. 🥴 City is great, but Origins and Asylum are still my favorites. Origins for the storytelling and Asylum for the horror vibes. Throwing thugs off of roofs or into the abyss was fun, too.
This is one of those rare occasions where an adaptation is almost on the level of the source material I mean come on they tuned up Jason’s story and made it worse then the source materiel and had the villains do really screwed up shit that made it feel like the games couldn’t get better and I’m truly glad I got to play and beat every batman Arkham game origins included but I will always still yearn for one more atleast one where you can drive from Wayne manor to the city

What people fail to understand regarding Strange and Ras Al Ghul is that,they aren’t there to fight Batman on a physical level, they are there to test his No Kill Code. Strange and Ras’ whole deal is that they believe their ideology of killing criminals is far superior to Batman’s and Arkham City is a way to test that, hence why all the villains are in one place. What’s so ironic is that, in the end, their ideology wins out and Batman fails to save Joker. THAT’S why Arkham City is the best Arkham game.
Another peak vid, love to see it. ....but. What if, you played Majora's Mask? It's actually peak, just make sure you got a guide, or else you will have NO idea what you're doing. Take it from me, the game is peak, but confusing as fuck when it comes to accessing the four main dungeons. They're all pretty fun, it's just that they take a lot more shit to do than oot. As well, I'd highly recommend the side quests, it's really the best part of the game, and you probably won't get the full experience otherwise. Oot is still mid tho....

What people fail to understand regarding Strange and Ras Al Ghul is that,they aren’t there to fight Batman on a physical level, they are there to test his No Kill Code. Strange and Ras’ whole deal is that they believe their ideology of killing criminals is far superior to Batman’s and Arkham City is a way to test that, hence why all the villains are in one place. What’s so ironic is that, in the end, their ideology wins out and Batman fails to save Joker. THAT’S why Arkham City is the best Arkham game.

What if, you played Majora's Mask? It's actually peak, just make sure you got a guide, or else you will have NO idea what you're doing. Take it from me, the game is peak, but confusing as fuck when it comes to accessing the four main dungeons. They're all pretty fun, it's just that they take a lot more shit to do than oot. As well, I'd highly recommend the side quests, it's really the best part of the game, and you probably won't get the full experience otherwise.
