Your username suggests you should already be on Honda 😂 erm physically the honda is much easier as the power delivery is so smooth, the bike is more nimble too. It’s such early days it’s hard to draw a comparison other than that. If your racing and looking for those last couple of tenths then absolutely go for it, but for trackdays etc I wouldn’t bother.

@@TommyFielding haha yeah I’ve had quite a few Hondas hence my user name😅 the Honda seems to be the bike to be on, with 80% of the superstock grid on them I think that speaks for itself!

Yep, it’s much easier to ride mate. More modern too, the gixxer can still do the job with a proper rider on it though. Nesbitt, cooper etc

Nice one mate! Fair play. Not sure how my last lap was so quick compared to the rest 😂 the engine in the bike on vid is stock apart from a flowed cylinder head, had nothing but trouble from supersport spec engines 🥹

I use a fair bit of front brake mate aye. Just like trail braking really. Obviously in the wet got to reduce the pressure though

@@BenVarley74 no worries mate. Is your rear brake finger/thumb? I have mine on finger and foot now. I use it subconsciously but never use it without the front unless it’s for wheelie chairs r trying to turn bike more mid corner

Do you mean into the last corner? Left hander? It’s a tricky corner as all of the braking is done with the bike lent over, got to trail brake and use as much front brake as you dare 😂

@@TommyFielding yep the last left. Thanx for the advice, i'll practice it next time, have to admit that i'm only just getting the hang of breaking while at lean, 👍
