Hi It looks really cool. I am just wondering if it will stay all black and white or if when you actually start designing it will get revamped. I recently backed FF Adventures because I love FF and the art was so good. Will this have anywhere near the same quality? and what is the expected price range?

I'm very enthusiastic about this franchise and also curious to learn more about the world of Titan and its wild and dark continents! It's a shame that here in Brazil we don't have publishers interested in translating this incredible system. But, hope is the last thing to die, right friends?!

This looks like it's going to be a great tool to add some extra magical spice to a game.

Wasn't really sure the best place to leave the comment but have been reading and enjoying some of the new options (in my campaign, one character was an Arcane Blank and I had to house rule what that meant and I'm glad to see Natural Mage got a bit nerfed because early on it was rather minor but having played through a campaign with a later-on mage it started to feel a bit silly). The new spell casting options make a lot of sense and should make any magic character more interesting to run. However, there's a mention of "waning magic defense" at the end and it cites "Chapter 4" and I think I'm just missing it. I had been house ruling something like using extra MP to punch through defenses already and THEN treating it like an opposed roll but I'm interested in other options.

Whoa! Wait, wait, wait!!! Are you Graham?!? If so… first: Thank you! (As a Yank who only discovered FF about ten years ago, sadly, but joyously). If I have your ear for a tiny moment…. Please consider a game based on the original, introductory FF RPG (ever, so slightly expanded….like…whatever ‘skill’ you like, or some such). There’s a great clone, called Spellzard! that does that, but you’re in a wonderful and unique position to do it full-force! (As a rules-lite guy AFF is still far too much for me, but “expanded FF RPG” is not. Is there a market there?) Thank you again for keeping this game alive! Cheers!

I really wish it was wilderness/dangerous mystical forest (at least) as I and everyone I game with dislikes or despises ‘dungeons’ despite our love and experience with old school stuff decades ago…. Our only ‘go-to’ board game is my old Talisman 2nd Ed. + a few expansions. Heh

I just (as in, yesterday) reached the end of a major arc in my solo AFF game that involved one of the main characters dying, another shifting life paths, some big changes to the area, etc etc. I am now going to run some minor adventures with minor characters in the series and wait to kick off the "volume 2" stuff once I get my hands on this book. Still very hyped for its released.

I'm another person who has been using AFF to act as the core to my solo games (years of playing Fighting Fantasy made it a natural choice for me and I have zero regrets to going all in on it). I am very hyped for this Kickstarter.

This sounds great! So far, if I am not mistaken, Scarlet Heroes is the only product that covers dungeons, wilderness, and city adventures. I think "subsystems" are very helpful to solo players. I am curious to hear more about your solo guide. One question from my side: Will this solo guide cover Stellar Adventures as well?

I've still got my original copy that I bought in 1984. Like you said in your video, at first I was confused because I thought it was just a gamebook, but fascinated by it never the less.
