Hi I just replaced my regulator and it is working with engine and electric activating the regulator. Only thing is the red light is staying on even when all the switches are turned off it deactivates when removing fuse what deactivates the regulator normally.

Great video once again. I come across lots of power issues with corroded terminals, not very often on niftys , normally just bad Connections. We have a HR28 with very short connections from the main feed wire to the top box and no plug , just hard wired. Do you have a recommendation for the best way to extend them as the top can only be lifted a couple of inches

Is there a fix available without using the calibration tool? The tool is not available for 2-3 weeks for me.

Another great video, I had a similar issue the other week just before I came away on holiday, was getting the exact same issues but voltage was dropping to 10.2 at the main terminals T6&T7, but the error would only happen and then more frequently once it had been used for 20-30minutes, I used temperature gun on the bridge rectifier (the bottom one) and it was reading quite high and found that it was lose so fitted new crimps and then found that the microswitch had failed open circuit like yours, put temporary bypass and all seemed to be working but ran out of time to test more, but while sat here on sunbed and having watched your video I’m fairly confident the issue is solved but when I get back I will take a closer look at that terminal block and measure voltage there to. Appears, if i go with the wheel transaltion motor too or from the wheel. bevore i move the translation motor everything is ok and the green LED is lighting. Awesome job as usual, I felt like I spent forever adjusting and messing with a siops issue on a hr28 the other day for the exact same issue, siops activating and staying on when going over a bump, so I adjusted it like you and didn't take into consideration added pressure from the cover 🤣 but got there in the end 👌 keep up the good work, looking forward to the next video 👌

Thanks for this amazing tutorial. I am really confused with the difference in CAN ID, Node ID and COB ID. I believe Node ID and COB ID are associated with CANOpen protocol. You have identifier as 426 now I am lost to where this 6 came from. In CANOpen if you want to use PDO1 you have to use 180+Node ID = COB ID. In CANopen terms it should be 180+46 = 226. So I am a little confused.

Am I the only one that gets nervous diagnosing a module as the cause of a fault. Such expensive items for it not to be the problem.

This will save alot of time and headaches 😁 Will these be available to buy at all?
