@@Tino.Armenta i swapped over the throttle body and injectors, but i had to add extensions to the injector harness using EV6 Male to EV6 Female extensions i found on ebay.

@ what abou the rear sensors on the Oem manifold? I have a 6.4 lol and i ordered the hi ram for it but notnsure what to do with those sensors on the back of the oem manifold

@Tino.Armenta there were provisions for the map sensor on the back of the intake, and i made a mounting bracket for the evap solenoid. I'm not sure what's on the 6.4 but they're probably similar.

@tommyis13 not really any notable progress, just got the rear sealed up and the fuel system complete. I've been working on finishing my garage build (code enforcement gave me 30 days to get the inspection done, but it passed on Friday) and the transmission went out in my daily, so I spent all day today swapping that out. Seems like there's always something

@88ninamon the flares that are currently installed we're built by hand with fiberglass and bondo and stuff, but I set up my new Elegoo Orangestorm Giga 3D Pringer this weekend, so I'll be printing a new kit soon!

I had to dig through my old purchases, but I got these from eBay. They were listed as EV6 Male to EV6 Female i sector harness extensions. They were 12" long, and ended up cutting them short and re-pinning them, just because all the extra wire looked ridiculous. I haven't tested them yet, but hopefully they work.

@@HEMIGADE okay perfect i was thinking of just making my own as well i have the Hi ram as well and i ran into the same issue haha i dont feel like butchering my Harness

I ran all new AN lines that are supposed to be E85 safe, but I'll probably just run 93 since E85 is hard to find around me. As for the fuel level sender, I haven't figured that out yet, since the old setup had dual sensors for each side of the tank.

@@HEMIGADE -8AN? are you going with an Inline pump ? Or have you not gotten that far? Lol I was doing some research on the Fuel Pump Harness. And honestly i was thinking of trying to find a Donor harness (they are fairly cheap and that way i don’t cut my OEM harness) and just cut into that power, delete the Second Fuel pump Harness, re pin it into an after market Pump with a sending unit and see if that would work, if not then probably just wire in a relay for the pump and a fuel gauge along with the other fuel safety accessories

I added a PCV to the intake manifold and routed the lines like Holley suggests, but I would like to add a catch can eventually, especially before it gets boosted.

I'll have to add that to my list of parts to design. I'm doing a cowl hood already, but I've always wanted a windshield cowl on my HHRs, I guess I'll give it a try!

@Nova-m8d I did, the front strut towers are from a Dodge Charger, along with the front frame rails. The engine bay is just as wide as a Charger or Challenger. The upper strut mounts and (upper and lower) control arm mounts had to be moved back to make it fit in the Renegade wheel wells. The biggest issue is that there isn't as much room in front of the engine compared to a Charger. Side to side, and behind to the firewall are all the same though.

@Camaro45th Thanks! I've never had anything Mopar before, but this seemed like the perfect combo for the project. I'm really learning a lot along the way too!

Man, i really did look into buying a euro dash and having it shipped over, but figured the complexity of swapping everything over just wouldn't be worth it. I really do want to build a RHD setup though.

Hell yeah man, it's been so much work trying to lose weight, but it's the best thing I've done. I'm super lazy and love to eat, so it's not easy 😅

@johnfrench6144 thats definitely a concern, as they would get the rear tires off the ground in stock form. Hopefully with the lowered center of gravity, and additional weight put in the rear it'll be alright, but I'll have to test it for sure.

@markg7030 yeah, i have to figure out where to mount the cable for that, since there's no real spot to put it now, but we'll get it figured out! I'll add that to the list lol, Thanks.

@Randomgearhead that's what I've been trying to do lately, just figure out something I can accomplish and get it taken care of. I'm working on the rear sheetmetal today, designing the filler pieces now.
