Test of a new Notifier NFS-320 system in a small warehouse/office facility. You can see in this video. We are testing the key stations for the beam detectors. There are two beam detectors on this system. They are the Notifier FS-OSI-RI

Test of a Notifier NFW-100X in a newly built apartment building. All of the common areas have System Sensor P2RL horn/strobes and all of the apartments have System Sensor HGRL-LF low frequency sounders.

Fire alarm system fan shutdown demonstration

Here’s a quick video demonstrating fan shut down on the fire alarm system. This video is for educational purposes only. Do NOT attempt this installation unless you are a licensed electrician I will not be held responsible for anyone who goes against this disclaimer. Hope this helps! The wiring barrier for power limited and non power limited circuits is called the System Sensor CB500.

Here is a quick test of a Silent Knight IFP-1000ECS system in a high rise office building. Everything you see in this video was an addition to this vacant unit. While the unit is unoccupied, there still needs to be fire protection. This was follow up work after we completed the annual inspection. This system is programmed so if an alarm condition occurs, it will activate the floor of origin a...
From The Field: Fire Alarm System Upgrade
Переглядів 4,1 тис.Рік тому
Here is a quick video of a full system upgrade that we completed over the winter in a large hotel/conference center. We ripped out an old Notifier system 5000 with an AMG and a fire fighters telephone system and replaced it with a Farenhyt IFP-300ECS that is capable of doing even more! You’ll see at the end of the video there were a few System Sensor HRL horns that were chirping. Upon demoing t...

My old house has that security system
Cool alarm sounds 👍❤💯

This panel at my school intermittently goes into that trouble which is probably due to a bad battery charger
cool
Hello sir , I am a new tech and ai am wondering if you could make some day in the life vidoes where you walk me though how you get onto a site ect.
Wow! I'm about to put one of these together for a job but an Autocall one! Thanks for sharing, only thing I'll say is I wouldn't have the battery cables strapped to the power lines
How do i turn off phone lines if i am just wanting alarm contact only???????
Is that a System sensor MASS remote horn?
I also got myself an HFS-P detector for an IFP-25 that I will be getting soon.
The horn at the end - did you replace it with a speaker or did you re-wire it to use a conventional NAC?
@@g-Elevators675 speaker
Is this system setup to be addressable or conventional? Nice video!😊
Can you also use a hand held programmer to program these? I know normal hochiki can
@@dutchwolf2675 yes
Correct me if im wrong but if you disable the panel the way you show here you can still trigger the slc and alarm by shorting the wires once you take them off the pull station to put the new one on right? So its maybe a safer way to disable entire slc if you dont want to activate a false alarm?
I like this panel
Is this borrowed?
A full house of LED L-Series
Neat
This speaker seems loud!
This is my first time hearing this version of the standard Simplex voice message.
2001/2120

Is this in your garage
That is such an amazing setup
My ears.....
I noticed you were using the sd 365 detector with the ms9200... I'm experiencing difficulties with a the same setup only difference is that the number of detectors are about 25 and the system is being upgraded... Has about the same amount of old type detectors? What can I do to get them all active as the panel goes down after a certain amount
@@davidmoncrieffe5113 what do you mean the panel goes down after a certain amount?

Also, would you be able to make a video at some point to show the web-based programming? I don’t think there are any videos of it yet so maybe it could be a UA-cam first 👀
Finally another person who has one of these! I’ve been looking a lot recently for videos of these panels because I think they’re pretty interesting. Awesome video David, keep it up!
Thanks! Yes I’ll eventually make a video of the programming.
This new voice message reminds me of a Simplex!
Super interesting video! Web-based programming is something I didn’t even know existed! Seems like a system insecurity to me, even if it’s HTTPS and password protected. Neat still.
Where did u find it
It's a good one but for some reason I can't see anything
Loop not see loop where fitting
@@saidalavim4362 what?????
Wonder why someone pulled it
Where's the loop connection
😇🤣😊
I am subbing
Don't follow Nikes advise in this case.
Ours randomly went off 5 times ( I am sensitive to loud noises
Are the low frequency sounders loud? It seems like the System Sensor P2RL is overpowering the low frequency sounders and also if you didn't heard System Sensor recalled 29K L-Series Low Frequency Sounders for no sound or low sound output and the ones that are recalled are with date codes 3034 and 3035 and if they're unusually quiet then these ones are the recalled ones which probably they are or not
@@joeycaridi3030 it’s the video, they exceeded the minimum required DB readings
These L-Series do have a bit of an echo to them
I'd Press PAGE TO EVAC
Depending from panel to panel, you may need level 4 (service mode) access. That’s how it was for my 4100U before I dumped a new job and upgraded to exec 12.08.03
This was manufactured in 2000.
You could have converted it into a free-run but it's fine it's your alarms. 🙂
How?
Interesting, it has the EST2 whoop tone.
Simplex 4100ES.
The vertical one is famous I see them everywhere when there's a school scene in a movie
I looked at the manual, it says it puts out full wave rectified power is that true since the device compatibility documents from Honeywell that have their panels listed as FWR some of them put out filtered, so I am curious if this panel puts out FWR?????
