I prefer to raise the PA system speakers fairly high. If the speaker distance from the nearest guest is similar to the speaker distance from the farthest guest then everyone can experience similar volume. The iPad is still my first choice to control any X32/M32 console with a device, but the M32 iPad software falls short in a few ways. Using the X32 Edit software on a touchscreen PC let's me build a custom layer with a lot more than the 8 channel limit on the iPad app. I don't use this much but it can really help on an X32 Rack when jumping from layer to layer on an iPad isn't fast enough.
