I actually had this idea for long time since war started in ukraine etc. I like tanks more than drones and wanted to develop such system for tank's defence or easily for bunkers defences. Drones are slow, once you identify they are dead. This is my one of patents or old ideas. Dont give to startup people.

I remember conquering the game map in thousands of turns back when I was a kid and boy did I desperate experiment to stop Mongols and timurids as the English lol , took me till the year 2525 😂😂 and the game would jump out if there was any elephants in the battle do I had auto plresolve timurids lol

As soon as the elephants hit the crossbowmen, I yelled out (in the worst fake British accent ever) "back in formation, men.....'old duh line"

i play rome 2 multiplayer battles to simulate rome total war 1 with friends and those friends select one family member of say the julii at the start and they claim thier kids and things they take on the map , there's an auto win command that allows this very well this is the perfect total war rome total war campaign and rome 2 as the battles is perfect for me

I'll always remember my Turkish campaign where I eliminated both Mongos and Timurids after an exhausting TITANIC struggle. One fight I was deep in eastern Russia, a couple of territories away from knocking the Mongo's out, with a half attritioned 20 stack, and the last true Mongol doomstack showed up. But...I was on a bridge with a dirt road and had one half strength Janissary archer unit in my ragged army... Which was all I needed! The stack of bloody Mongol ponies and Mongols was gruesome, lol. Over in no time it seemed.

Spain's best unit by far is Spanish Dragoons if you include the Americas campaign.

ANY faction with sharpened stakes is immune to the Mongols in the campaign. Just place them at the front gate and the A.I. often doesn't build anything other than a ram. Of course, I place some spearmen and a catapult as well usually. And maybe some extra stakes. But yeah, that's how you basically DELETE Mongol armies.

In summary, its Shogun 2 and FOTS

In reality, Agincourt had the English archers on the flanks (2000 per side, who had stakes in front of them) and less than a thousand men at arms in the middle (who didn’t have stakes in front of them) with King Henry hanging back with the reserves to charge in about midway through. Nice video though!

I personally find the battle and campaign interface of Rome 2 way superior to medieval 2, they were crisp, easy to read, beginner friendly and deep enough to still be enjoyable for veterans.

How about units recognition on a battlefield map without putting camera straight into the ground? And without alienated nameplates... How about better battles with more mechanics on battlefield? With better fog of war, more complex maps...

Sorry. in the next game you won't get any of this xD I still want the building destruction model from Medieval II, I don't know why in empire it was completely abandoned. The era in which artillery was king, there is no building destruction model completely.

Agree with everything besides the diplomacy of Attila.. I would rather pick the diplomacy from Three Kingdoms instead, which was better than Attila's. I would also like to see civil wars and titles/offices from Medieval 1, Attila's sieges and the Avatar Multiplayer campaign from Shogun 2. P.S= A population mechanic like in RTW/MTW2 would also be good!

Bro forgot about unit's morale system of Rome 1 and Medieval 2. Becauss that's what makes flanking and cav's charge so powerful...

In summary, Empire 2

Give Shogun 2 and Fall of the Samurai a try. I wouldn't mind an Empire 2 that plays like a global FotS.
