this coastline was never overlooked our nations coastline fuels the world economy from slavery days
Shhhh not so loud
Are you sure?😮
@@DorianLevis yes, I need time to invest!!! Don’t tell everyone yet. Shhhhhh 🤫
🎉🎉 Very expensive project.
The genius behind tall buildings. The reverse of urban development.
Greatly put together. Congratulations. I was thinking we could do better with a pan Reginal Railway for speed (no traffic congestion), more volumes of goods, cheap cost per passenger and low pollution.
🎉 Great comment.
Why not building a highway to connect all the cities
Maybe the non alignment of all governments.
Ghana can never develop because of the stupid people it elects as its leaders, the country has become POORER today with oil, gold & cocoa than it was when it had ONLY cocoa
Seriously 😳?
Thank you for the video. 🎉
🎉🎉. Real innovation
This area has potentials 😊
Let's explore the boundless of the country.
Great great 👍. Excellent details of construction 🚧
Very interesting project. 🎉
The genius of apple is there. 🎉🎉
✨ The future is high.
Everyone I know who has taken this route tells me that the wait times at the borders are horrendous. I hope that is something they can resolve and make more efficient.
Absolutely right 👍
They said the same thing about Brazil for nearly 100 years.
What about Brazil?
Good video
Yeah 👍
After delving into the history, economics, and politics of numerous countries across the globe, I came to a sudden realization one day that there indeed remains hope for black Africa, sparked by a narrative I heard about a man named Thomas Sankara.
You're totally right 👍
It absolutely has the potential to be a major economic are in the future. However, stability and corruption has been Africa's Achilles heel for decades. Multiple neighboring countries has had military coups and there's a real possibility of war in the area. Those factors will continue to gold this region back until Africa can promote real and lasting stabily.
Very interesting what you said. 🎉
The text is kinda of repetitive and obvious. But a good theme.
What do you think about this line?
Nice ❤
interesting!
Exactly 💯.
❤❤❤.
Neo colonialism of this area must end, but we can see from this video why the USA & EU, specifically France, want to hang on. Africa must expand & grow for the benefit of Africans.
Thank you for your brilliant comment. AFRICA must be free.
From Abidjan to lagos is called trans Atlantic motorway
🎉 Really?😮
It's going to fall over
Please can you explain to us?
ECOWAS is the most useless institution Imagine a bulet train from Abidjan to Lagos
Why this institution is useless?
*Kasoa City.*
❤
What about dakar to Abidjan?
Another big question. Is there the same alignment with the gouvernment of all those countries?
Whilst just as any other nation or area that thrives, I'm glad for the peoples sake. However i also worry about potential overcrowding or less water or food availability as well.. hoping for the best in the future! Edit: climate change is also a huge concern, Africa will be one of the worse effected regions.
Great comment.
Sorry zero faith... May be an improvement but there's so much to change, starting with education... Hope I'm wrong...
I think that this can be achieved step by step.
the population growth of nigeria would be the death of the country. they do not have people resources to develop their country nearly as much as its population growth. they need to stop the uncontrollable growth if they dont want to choke the little resources they have. sad.
I think that this can be achieved step by step 🪜.
@@LucieBarbara-vt4lq ok bot
It is pronounced /lei-gus/, not /la-gus/.
They need to see you for pronunciation 🎉
A waste of money and resources better spent on regreening the desert , research and development.
Of course. You're right.
Corridor congratulations ❤

Thank you.

A beautiful country. 🎉
This is wonderful, well put together!
Exactly. I love it.
I hope that this region will growth.
Emerging markets in Africa boosts economic growth These countries need to concentrate from now housing transport education health media internet and other infrastructure services banking insurance
You're right 👍.
That has started already in the Sahel
Ghana would never develop if the capital Accra is not develop
Yes. You're right. But Ghana is not only Acrra.
8:21 @@LucieBarbara-vt4lqPls are you listing they said from capital to capital not whole country to country.
Accra is the heart of Ghana
Absolutely. I visited Accra.
Extend it to Monrovia Liberia
Is it possible? 😮
😅😅😅
It is pronounced [LAY-ghos].
Eko Atlantic! I've been staying at the Eko Hotel adjacent to this on and off since February 2020 and it is still 95% sand.
Incroyable 😮😮
There are many ground breaking going on now you can go and check even the biggest USA consulate is currently going on now. you know it take time to sand fill because it was one’s a sea before
eko atlantic is owned by a private company and several companies have began to build projects there by 2028 the place would see massive construction
Negative
Urbanisation in Nigeria is very very different from urbanisation in developed countries. There are already over 26 million people in Lagos area and the vast majority are living in slums scraping together on a minimum wage (or nothing). As of today the current offer of raising the minimum wage in Nigeria is from 30,000 naira a month (US$ 20.52) is to 57,000 (US$39.00). The Nigerian government is proposing to build a road from Lagos to Calabar yet the existing roads that actually connect the coastal or near coastal cities are falling apart and in total disrepair. It's not even possible to find a simple map of the proposed route - it's a complete joke. I've spent nearly 2 years here in the past 5 years. I'm coming up on 3 months in Port Harcourt and have previously spent most of my time in and around Lagos with a few months in Warri. No progress until corruption is under control and birth rates drop. Too many people too few jobs. And hardly any pay enough to support a growing population. BTW in writing here I probably come off as being anti-Nigerian or anti-African. I want to be clear that is not the case. I have made some very good friends here and there are many great people. What annoys me is seeing videos and writing that make out that because Lagos and other cities in West Africa have high rise that somehow they are as developed as North America or Europe. They are not, nowhere near as developed. The GDP per capita is between a tenth and a twentieth of that typically found in developed counties. The gap in the way people live is huge. Things that westerners take for granted are way beyond the means of the vast majority of people here. Ignoring reality doesn't change it. Only by taking an honest look at problems and the ways of solving them will lead to real solutions. Building a road that will be falling apart before it's finished achieves very little. Cities of 50 million people means that for more than 95% of them they are destined to poverty.
Thank you for this information. There many issues to figure out in Nigeria even in all these coastal cities.
❤🎉
They've been talking about this road for more than 20 years with no action being taken
🤔 really?
It has already started in Nigeria and is still currently going on
@@TrillionTrillion-st3sm Nigeria coastal line is already under construction. Do you think other neighbouring countries have the funds to construct such a magnitude of coastline road?
It's Normal! Africa is the largest continent of the world! Contrary to what people think, Africa the underpopulated continent of the planet!
Yes of course.🎉
