Experienced NIO's auto pilot NOP for a round trip of battery swap using latest Banyan 3.0.0 V2 firmware.

Was testing Banyan 2.6.5 on a urban to high way trip in a different city. Almost got crashed into a reckless vehicle but NOP saved it. Details at 11:30.

Got the chance to be 1/100 insider to try out the first Gen4 battey swap station in Shanghai. The experience has evolved to a new level. It takes less than 3 minutes to swap the battery, 20% faster than that of Gen3 station.

Another video testing Banyan 2.6.0CN firmware for a off highway roundtrip between home and battery swap staion. Compared to previous Banyan 2.4.5CN benchmark, left/right turning is much smoother, lane switch is more intelligent, only took over once for U-turn. Still needs optimization but already near usable.

Summary: Lane shifting is smoother from 2.4.5CN to 2.6.0CN, left and right turn is more natural. Other improvement to be explored.

Banyan 2.6.0 is about to be released, I'm doing a benchmark of the autopilot and auto battery swap feature under stable version Banyan 2.4.5CN. If NIO can improve some glitches and improve the off-road pilot, it's going to be the foundation for auto battery swap as hoped for. That is, people can place a battery swap order, and the vehicle will fullfil the order at off-peak time. Finger crossed ...

This time I bring you experience on NIO Gen3 Battery Swap. It took 5 minutes from driving in to driving out.

Swapped battery twice in a long trip. Both station was right off highway. Check out their difference. Gen1 cost 8 minutes including manual parking, battery swap and a longer battery diagnostic. Gen2 cost 5 minutes including self-parking, battery swap and a short battery diagnostic. I will bring Gen3 battery swap in the next video.

Just swapped my brand new battery from 0% to 92% in 5 minutes at Gen2 battery swap station. This video shows how self-parking works in the swapping process.
