When you play Teno you gotta be quicker with kicks! Also for anything bigger than you like Carno, don't use your tail slam since it doesn't knock them down fully, It's only really useful to tail slam things bigger than you with another Teno. You tail slam, they kick, etc. For Solo just go for the back kicks and claw attack! Does massive bleed and you can bleed them out if they're not smart. 4 kicks to a FG Carnos head and it's dead. The isle could really use the implementation of feathers, because Gallis and Raptors both look like naked chickens and that’s the ONLY thing that turns me away from playing it.

Hold RMB before you resurface/touch the seabed (basically need to be floating), you will get a speed boost on land with a very fast run and it will auto grab as long as you keep holding RMB

This is just personal preference but you should pick defense instead of health recovery since spino has mid defense for an apex. I know your new but just in case you plan to grow another spino, maybe go for defense (not forcing you to)
