AI people already use this type of integrated speed paint to scam people, since it is very easy to hide the reference layer and trace on top of it. They generate AI image and trace it on video pretending that it is their own work. That is why I only watch speed paints that I can clearly see the work space of the UI, how artists is using the UI, the cursor, and brushstrokes. One thing that AI can not replicate is actual human decision making and correction that makes sense. Unfortunately, such thing can almost only be spotted by another artist, that is why non artist folk get scammed the most and they dont even realise. AI people even scam each other, because none of them have any idea what art actually is, which is funny.

Imagine taking a non-ai work and putting it through this, then using that to claim the art is your own work and sueing the original creator for any profits they made off the work. Frankly I can't think of any legitimate uses for this.

There is point. into to checking how this art COULD be made and trying to learn/replicate it. Yeah it might be wrong, but still. U wrong for thinking that this was created to create Fake proofs.

Anyone worth their salt would recognize these instantly. I don't need to see a process video for an obviously AI generated image. 95% are instantly recognizable as AI generated. For the other 5%, use hive detection, or check artists profile and their other works and use common sense.

Man, why are "artists" so keen on making art so souless. Like, they are ASKING to only work a 9 to 5 while the AI they literally just made takes there own job.

? creating something for fame and own vanity is the domain of "real" art, AI art is for people who need something draw no artist would bother to draw for them - e.g. one person searched for a picture of an "old mermaid" and there simply was none, AI gave it to her in seconds when she needed it, for whatever project.
