I think nearly all classic ford owners can relate to this one. In this vid we pull the front wing of the Clapped out Capri because the sill end is rusty and needs repaired. I'll show you all the points you need to disconnect to remove a front wing. Ford Escort, Anglia and Cortina etc will be very similar. Hope you find it useful. Cheers!

In this video I show the process used to take a green sand mould of HB Viva GT Bonnet Scoop surrounds which follows on from the previous aluminium metal casting video. You'll see the molding boxes, parting powder and how I arranged the pouring basin, tapered spew, gate and feeders to ultimately get a successful (albeit a bit rough) casting of the original part.
