I don't have experience with Godot Engine, but I think the idea and code that I showed in this video can be easily used in Godot too (with small modifications).

@@indiangamingadda_CS_official Again, it doesn't matter which engine you are using. You can use this concept in any Engine and language. If you want an exact code for gd script you could ask chat gpt to translate it from C# and explain it to you.

I feel like what these games really need is songs that have a unique beat pattern, more than just a 4/4 beat and shooting at one monotone speed. I think it's important to be forced to skip some beats when no notes are played, and to have interesting weapon reload patterns. This looks really good already though! I have similar feelings about game dev.. though I am currently unable to live off of savings. So it's a pretty slow grind sacrificing a weekend here and there as you watch the months pass you by. Maybe in a couple years I can make the jump as well.

Something I've always loved to do in fps games is shoot my gun to the beat of a song so this game sounds fun! Though I do have a suggestion that is at least worth considering (This is the only part I've watched so forgive me if I suggest something you've already done): Firing your gun on the 1/4th or 1/8th beats could be made slightly different based on the weapon for example: SMG (firing on 1/4th beat): weapon fires a burst of 6 SMG (firing on 1/8th beat): weapon fires a burst of 3
How fast you’ve grown is insane on a content wise and a game development wise! Keep it up man
The thumbnail reminded me of Vampire Hunters where you use all guns at the same time! The rythmn based shooting looks super fun! Makes me want to dev a rythmn based game again!
If you do add a non linear system for songs might be a good idea to add difficulty ratings to songs that could potentially add buffs or increase rewards for higher difficulty songs
Also forgot to mention the music is fire
oh that looks pretty cool, also since youre making roguelike rythm like BPM i hope you make the enemies challenging, especially with the boss because the problem with BPM is that all of the boss can be dealt with just you circling them keep it up :)

What if you made weapon specific beat comboes, something like a certain rhythm with a particular weapon to get a crit or something like that. It would also have cool implications for the passives you collect.
Basically Hi-Fi Rush with guns implementations. So if you can pull off something like that, it'll be cool I guess
