Would you and Auny like to come to a party in late Sept.? Last year 6 former National Flat Track champions, including current champion Jarod Mees attended. The goal this year is to have all former champions attend. It is about 300 old motorcycle guys and their gals. Most all grew up riding. Many still do. No drunks, just a bunch of old riders telling some very tall tells. The location is 15 miles east of Montgomery, AL. You can hook up your van at my place in an indoor storage facility. Probably a stupid question but, Where can i find the maps from the beginning of the video? May be jumping ahead of myself as i type mid watching this video. Nice to see some of the trail system as I'm planning on hitting this in my Nissan Titan 4x4 after i have some front end work done and get some more tires due to the front end being out of whack eating mine up lol. After the SCAR the plan is to tackle the TAT that runs from Tennessee to Oregon. Used to have and ride a XR 400R that i miss sometimes but by putting this plan together for the SCAR and TAT I decided to also call the Titan crew cab home as well.....albeit I'd initially planned to have already started the front end work and tires being a must put me behind. I'll be crazy ready to hit the trails though, that's for sure....especially at almost 52yr old I know time is of the essence and flies by so very fast. It came down to "Ok, we're (also with my 2 dogs and kitterkat) gonna do this now or never. Pups have always loved being in whatever i was driving, including my former boat. Was worried about a cat making the transition let alone a trip like these, oddly enough he love propping up at the window on his makeshift window seal and taking in the views. Dogs are older so lounging is perfect and playtime with kittkat just had to be modified. So anyone wondering can it be done with furbabies, depends on their needs and demeanor but yes, it can totally be done. But i highly recommend test runs as it's close quarters and as i call it bumpytee bumpytee when off-road.

Took my Tiger put it on the center stand started the eng for sound then jumped on the bike while watching your trip on large screen TV. Perfect! Did not get my feet wet doing the water crossing. Although the fire department told me after I woke up I should open the garage before the next episode of the Wyoming BDR. Only 7 more days. 🤩

Our group (2 from Oregon on 790's, 1 from WA on a 990 and myself from SC on a KTM 390 ADV) finished the WY BDR in Aug of 2024. If you think bottoming out on your Tenere was rough, the 390's ground clearance is sooooo much lower and I paid the price. My Big Dog skid plate took a beating and so did I. My description of this BDR.....EPIC! Be safe and have fun!

I stayed in that hotel in 2023, it was a fantastic stay and the food at the restaurant was amazing.

That is pretty amazing to see a guy out there with one arm riding off road. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone even riding on the road with one arm, good for him.

I remember last time i crossed the boarder from Canada to USA the guard asked me the same questions. I told him none of your business how much i make or how long Ive been married. Im just going to Spokane to shop lmao. He did not like those answers told me to wipe the smile off my face, said he has the right to ask anything he wants. Some of these guys take there jobs way to seriously. I live on the border and used to cross all the time back and forth.

Hey Brock @motomission. , I can’t believe it! Ever since I rode the White Rim Trail, I’ve been checking every few weeks to see if anyone uploaded a video from that day. And there are two reasons for that: 1. Reason: We met a big group of bikers, and one of them was completely exhausted and overheated. The group asked us if we could take him back to town - which, of course, we did. He was stuck at Potato Bottom Campground, so we picked him up and left his bike behind. Now on to the 2. reason: 😂On the way out, right around the Mineral Bottom switchbacks, a whole crew of bikers came towards us - and the first rider only had one arm! We all said thats effin crazy 😄Since that day, I’ve been wondering how that’s even possible and if he did the whole drive. And then today, I find your video and can’t believe my eyes - IT WAS YOU GUYS! 😂 At minute 13:29, you ride right past us (the red Jeep Rubicon). Absolutely crazy! The trail I just drove with my Jeep already felt insane - doing it on a bike is just unimaginable. Especially since I had our "fellow biker" in the backseat and had to get him back to Moab. Kudos to Dave - absolutely insane - respect to all of you guys. Man, this is just too funny! When I saw your video, I was like: What are the odds of a one-armed biker riding there?! I had to go through my own videos right away - and it was actually you guys! Hahaha! Ride on and stay safe! Greetings from Germany
