Picked up the Trivium BassKnob, to add to my BassKnob. Thanks for the $10 coupon gift. And especially for the gift of Heavy Tone :) It's a good important tip about the fresh strings. Nolly is very insistent on that too. I think longer scale basses can work nice too. This type of tone doesn't play as nice with my Mustang, guess it's has less overtones, more fundamental. With the P Bass, or even Jazz Bass, picked, with fresh strings it's nice and clanky.

I became a fan of this miracle. I haven't figured it all out yet, I'm having problems with playing live and the signal from the interface. (gain levels) But thank you for working on what you've already done. I'm waiting for your next works. I dream of creating the sound that Marco Sfogli uses for his lead parts and the sound of ENGL Savage 120 MKII I want to obtain "coarse gravel" and not "sand", if you can compare it that way.

Love this plugin, I think it's based on an Ampeg SVT (CL?) maybe? I wondered if you'd consider taking on other iconic bass amps with this approach? I feel there are some gaps in the market on the bass amp side, but one knob really works well for bass emulations. I'm thinking of things like Fender Super Bassman, Vox AC50/AC100 and maybe even rarer/solid-state like Sunn, Model T Acoustic 360/370 (well, maybe two controls with the fuzz)?

Will pick up Trivium at some point, given how much I love Krimh. Maybe Jen's will be so kind as to do a Trivium Free later, Krimh Free convinced me to buy the full version very very quickly ;) Nice to have an audio engineer put care into his UA-cam voice audio (and lighting), it show's that great attention to detail is in your bones.

Hello! Great video! I purchased Trivium drums right after watching it. Please, in the future, consider making a plugin to emulate the sound of these DI signals or create a video tutorial on how to preprocess DI signals to achieve a better amp tone. In the video, when you automate the muted drum track to fit the solo, does it noticeably affect the sound? I'm looking forward to more raw stems and tips on getting the perfect amp tone from DI signals.

Idk why the most famous drums vsti plugin company doesn't make a good sounding product like you, and they sell very well (or why they are famous at all). These Trivium drums sound stellar. Not harsh. Musical. Glad finally someone has good ear/ good taste.

Why does is create more depth? What's the process behind it? I can hear it when I run it.

I downloaded the files and tried a little bit of mixing and one thing i found kinda strange is when i use my own guitar, The DI gets really chunky and boomy while the trivium guitar Di's have little to none bassy and boomy sound. I tried different guitars and the same thing. It kinda sounded the same when i use a highpass filter and cut out the low end of my DI. Any tips for this ? What equipment do you use when recording the Di's? 🥸

Been listening to Trivium since Ember to Inferno and fell in love with Ascendancy. Can we PLEASE get more stems like this? I love working with their stems and the One Knob plugins. PLEASEEEEEEEEE

I had a blast mixing with the stems. Mainly Bogren Digital for guitars and bass with a cameo appearance of Senor Petrucci here and there.....;)
